The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idilic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa. PLEASE NOTE THAT BEING IN THE COUNTRYSIDE WITH FEW PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION OTHER THAN TAXI THE BEST WAY TO ENJOY YOUR STAY AND TO VISIT THE BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS IS TO HAVE A CAR.

The Collinetta di Terrensano

It is surrounded by greenery in the countryside very close to Siena, the city of the Palio. A few kilometers from the Petriolo and Rapolano thermal baths, the Chianti hills, Val d'Orcia and the Crete Senesi. From the terrace you can admire a splendid countryside landscape that changes color with each season and it is not difficult to see roe deer, hares, etc. Simply furnished. Parking space is also available near the apartment. The last few meters to reach the apartment are on a dirt road.

Virgi House

Virgi House is a 160 sqm villa, located 3 km far from Siena’s hystorical center. The villa is distributed over three floors. On the first one there is a double bedroom with bathroom and terrace, a large open space living room, a modern kitchen and a bathroom. Downstairs a double bedroom (or 2 single beds), a large bathroom, a study and a bright living room with a loggia from which you can access the private car park and the garden. The property also provides free wifi, air conditioning.

Podere Piazza ist ein Landgut, hat seinen Ursprung im 15. Jahrhundert, das Ferienhaus wurde Anfang 17. Jahrhundert erbaut. Podere Piazza war der Wohnsitz von Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, der am 29 Mai 1747 zum Erzbischof von Siena ernannt wurde, er war ein Nobile di Montepulciano und Patrizier von Siena. Die Gebäude von Podere Piazza tragen noch heute sein Wappen. Somit erklärt sich auch unser Kirchlein, am Straßenabzweig, davor rechts zur Pinienallee und links in die Einfahrt.

TV, BBQ, (we provide the washing machine from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. which is in our laundry room to those who request it). We recommend a car as we live in the countryside, both to be independent and to visit the magnificent Tuscany. Renovated in January 2023, it is in the ZTL, less than 300 steps from Piazza del Campo and the city's major attractions. The apartment is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING, is on the second and top floor (about 30 steps) and consists of a living room with sofa, equipped and NEW kitchen, partial view of Siena Cathedral. Two bedrooms, 1 single (the walls do not reach the ceiling, but with sufficient privacy! See photos) and 1 double. 1 bathroom and 1 hallway with built-in closet.

A wonderful place to spend a few days in pleasant company. A large living room with fireplace where you can relax after returning from beautiful walks, bike rides, and excursions. The independent apartment is 15 km from Siena, 20 km from the Thermal Baths and 40 minutes from the villages of San Gimignano and Monteriggioni. Overall, there is a farm that produces wines and oil with the possibility of guided tours and tasting of our products with themed dinners.

Old hayloft on the Chianti hills

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

From the farm, you can hike to the Grotti Castle (6 km) or to our pond (2.5 km)
