We had a very lovely stay over bank holiday weekend. The studio was very comfortable, especially the bed. Great big window letting in the views. We loved the walk to the beach via Medmerry RSPB reserve, as did our dogs, even on a drizzly and blustery day. Very warm and friendly welcome by the hosts, and gorgeous resident dog

Amazing stay, we were travelling for a wedding at nearby Southend Barns. Perfect location, surprisingly spacious rooms which were lovely. Host very accommodating and friendly, we were travelling with a baby and they made it very easy for us- providing a cot and high chair. All in all was a really lovely stay, thank you so much!

We had a fabulous few days at Roy’s loft apartment. It’s exactly as described and Roy and Sarah really went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing stay. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Clear instructions were provided for everything. We especially loved watching the birds in the garden, from the breakfast bar. The location is in a quiet residential area, but perfect for visiting the local and surrounding areas each day. Also lots of walks from the apartment itself. The only downside was that we didn’t have longer! We’ll definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Roy and Sarah.

I recently had a lovely short break here and i was very pleased with how clean and well decorated the hut was. The hut worked well as a place to work and chill. There’s plenty to do nearby and Pete was always available for any recommendations or questions. Definitely recommend a stay here!
