The listing was located in a quaint village that included great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We took advantage of the seaside for our walks. Very good location. Less than two hours from the accommodation we could visit the places (Siracus, Ortigia, Catania, Agrigento, Mount Etna CE) recommended to visit Sicily. Thank you Antonietta for hosting us!

Chic apartment with a breathtaking view of Mount Etna. Anna's apartment is super central, within walking distance there are delicious restaurants. The apartment is virtually above the rooftops of Catania and has a beautiful well-kept terrace (actually there are even three). Anna responds super quickly to messages and was very helpful. Would stay again right away. Only the bed is a bit narrow for 2 people, but the beautiful view of Mount Etna makes up for it. 5 star!

We loved it here. A cool oasis away from the busy street. The beach access really makes it. West facing terrace for spectacular sunsets. Beach chairs & umbrella very useful. Francesco was very responsive super helpful with great recommendations and directions for groceries and restaurants.

All in all there will be absolutely a fabulous house if you want to visit Catania. Firstly, the position of this house is great, there are numerous local restaurants you can choose like seafood, pasta, and pizza. Secondly, Alfio’s father is a great man, he is famous in this place:) he will recommend the restaurants and scenic spots for you. Coincidentally, on the second day of our arrival, we witnessed the eruption of Etna Volcano. With the help of Mario, we were able to safely visit Etna on the third day. By the way, if you drive to here, you’d better to message Mario before 30mins arrive, because google map will give you a wrong road to the house and you cannot enter the main road due to the ZTL.

Very bright and clean accommodation. Friendly host who knows how to give valuable directions to get around the city. The accommodation is not in the center but in the San Michele neighborhood that we really enjoyed visiting for the characteristic courtyards. Very quiet both day and night. Sciacca is very nice and clean!

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, on every level with great views of the sea. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking is available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us, it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

cute room with basic cooking facilities. amazing view from the rooftop terrace, and also a small balcony in the room overlooking the street. a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants, but surprisingly quiet at night. a really convenient location for exploring palermo! we hope to return to palermo in the future, and stay at sven's place again!

A beautiful Airbnb that has the perfect location. You can walk to the beach, but it is also in the middle of the beautiful old town. On the two balconies, you can have a cozy breakfast and watch the hustle and bustle on the street. The place was clean and Claudio warmly welcomed us to the place. There was even the possibility to leave your luggage in the accommodation before check-in time. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a nice time in Cefalu.

We wanted to get outhenthic Sicilian expirience. And, yes we did. The place felt like out of the movies. Every corner, every wall, and even the floor had a story to tell. Loved the decor. Rooms were spacious. Parking near by. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay. Thank you 😊

Amazing stay at Francesca’s. The place looks just like the pictures, but is pleasantly bigger than expected. Everything is super clean and we felt very much at home. The location is perfect—very close to all the action, but on a quiet street. I especially liked the terrace. I would not hesitate to recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

This apartment was like a true Italian experience. It is cosy and thoughtfully designed using space cleverly, especially in the kitchen. It has 4 balconies and overlooks a busy corner ( pedestrian street) below. Fun to people watch, both locals and tourists. The location is in the heart of the old town and has many restaurants close by. Easy to walk to the beach ( a few minutes away) and the fish market and all tourist sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in this very comfortable apartment even though it could be noisy at times it didn’t bother us. A great place to stay.

Giuliana and Roberta are super-friendly hosts who made everything easy for us. The apartment is beautifully presented with a tasteful mix of vintage and modern furniture, very comfortable and with everything we needed. We felt at home straight away. Some great cafes and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, this felt like a very safe neighbourhood. We'd definitely stay here again.

Our family stay at Massimiliano’s terraced apartment was a real pleasure. The neighbourhood is vibrant, busy, colourful and within walking distance of everything we were looking to visit-contemporary art galleries, museums, churches, the Palatine Chapel, Palermo Cathedral, the food market, good restaurants etc. The apartment terrace is a wonderful way to relax over drinks or for dinner or even to watch the pedestrian street traffic below. The nearby train/bus station meant day trips to Cefalu and Monreale were very easy to orchestrate - even last minute. And Massimiliano is a wonderful host! He collected my husband from the airport and from that day throughout our visit he was such a warm, thoughtful and welcoming host. We will return. Thank you so much Massimiliano!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place in Catania, Sicily. It’s tucked away in a quiet little alley, which made it very peaceful, yet it’s just a short walk to the main shopping areas and all the key tourist spots in the city. The location really couldn’t be better. Our host, Elisa, was absolutely charming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Fabulous! Absolutely fabulous! Enza and Giuseppe were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The villa was exceptionally comfortable, with so many wonderful amenities. The beds were very cozy, and the villa itself was beautiful, clean, organized, and offered an amazing view. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Sicily and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you Enza for being such an amazing host.
