The beaches are nice and Cefalu and Castelnuovo are very nice towns to have a good evening. Car recommended to make the most of the stay. Excellent stay at the foot of Etna. Very easy to go to the coast of Catania to Taormina but also Etna, north, south and to go around it Giovanni was great, to give us the instructions with our arrival but also during our stay. Take care to offer us tips to optimize our visiting time and show us the Sicilian traditions. We are delighted with our stay in Trecastagni. Very nice place, very well equipped. Basic but clean and tasteful accommodation. It’s like being at home in a small village. Need to walk a bit if you are planning to eat out etc. good restaurants and Armando really helpful. We stayed as we wanted to do Etna tour and it was worth it.

I stayed 7 nights at the property. Very, very flexible check-in and check-out thanks to Alessandro's availability. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, in fact, they even washed and changed the bathroom linens almost daily. Upon arrival they also left us a dessert made by his mother and a bottle of fresh water in the fridge, I really appreciated the thought. Alessandro was always very kind and for any advice he answered me immediately by message. The kitchen, although shared, has always been tidy and clean. The location is convenient and great for getting around the southeast part of the island. I recommend the property.

We have been to Ottavio and Elena’s place 6 years ago, and we came back this year because we liked the place very much. It is a rural setting. We had two rooms. One regular and the deluxe, which is bigger and more comfortabl. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, and the only bathroom is downstairs. There are two stairs. One of the stairs is narrow and spirals up, something to be careful about when you have little children. If this unit had one more bathroom, it would be perfect. The hosts are extremely kind. Breakfast was really good!! They bring it to the room either at 8.30 pm or 9 pm and you order from a menu the day before. All and all we had a great stay of 4 nights. The place is near Siracusa but you need a car to move around with. We will be back, and I highly recommend it.

My friend and I took a short week-long vacation in Avola, and we stayed at Alessandro's, we were very pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of Alessandro, and his mother Adda, the room is very spacious, pleasant and clean, with a very spacious and beautiful private bathroom, the room also has a balcony, where in the evening before going out for dinner, we had an aperitif with a good iced prosecco. There is also a kitchen and a stocked kitchen and a veranda where you can eat, if you don't feel like going out, we had breakfast, where you find coffee, offered by Alessandro. Pleasantly, the mother prepared some very good homemade desserts for us. For those who want to go to free beaches, which we did, there are umbrellas available, to be used as Alessandro provides them, without buying them. I find the location of the property very convenient, to reach the places to visit, everything is 30/40 minutes by car. Thanks to Alessandro and his parents.😃😃😃

The apartment is really nice: spacious and with a beautiful garden. Francesco is an extremely hospitable and kind person. Everything nestled in wonderful Sicily!

This was one of the best Airbnb and stays of my life! The location was perfect for us: walking distance to a supermarket, a wonderful bread bakery, Pasta Fresca Pasquini (fresh pasta with and without egg that is affordable and delicious!), our favorite cafe/bar (Cobdorelli), Piazza Europa, the entire Carnevale route, and many more memorable attractions. The house is spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped for a long stay like ours. We cooked every day in the kitchen, and felt right at home. Elio was a communicative, helpful, and conscientious host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The Volpacchiotto is a beautiful retreat in the heart of the Madonie Park, a short walk from the Battaglia floor, a strategic point for outdoor activities throughout the year. The retreat, easily accessible on foot from the street, welcomed us with an authentic atmosphere, perfect for spending a few days in tranquility. The host, immediately active, provided clear and punctual directions. Definitely recommended!

A charming, comfortable cabin high up in the Madonie, with a great view from its beautiful deck. Ideal place to get away from it all, to enjoy the peace and the silence of the beautiful Madonie mountains.
