House vacation rentals in Sicily

We had a truly wonderful stay at Marco’s Villa. The house has excellent accommodation and is extremely well appointed. Situated within a few minutes drive of central Balestrate and all the amenities it has to offer (supermarket, butchery, pharmacy, restaurants), it is an ideal location with easy access to all the key tourist spots. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living element of the property, making use of the swimming pool, hot tub, bbq and pizza oven with al fresco dining and relaxing. Giuseppa was a superb host; very welcoming, charming and helpful. We can highly recommend Marco’s property.

We had a great stay. Francesco who welcomed us gave lots of useful recommendations and was always on hand to help. The villa was as described. We loved the outhouse next to the pool and hot tub and enjoyed playing pool and cooking there. Our only downside was that there is no where to walk to nearby although this was warned of with a car being advised as essential. The beaches are 30-40 minute car journey away. We visited scala dei turchi, licata, valley of temples and Cefalu with Cefalu being a longer day trip (1.5 hours each way) but worth it. Thank you, we will back to Sicily I am sure!

We loved our stay at Andrew’s house so much we were are super keen to come back. It was exactly what we needed. The breathtaking views were even more impressive than the photos and it was completely private which was a dream for us. The house was stunning and three en suite bedrooms were perfect for being away with teens. The house had everything we needed and was very well designed. A real luxury to have so much space and comfort after a couple of hectic days in the city. Andrew was really helpful with all the information including videos of how to access the property and recommendations for places to visit/eat/shop nearby. We will be back for sure!

A magnificent house with a breathtaking sea view. Ideal for families looking to spend quality time together in a quiet area. There are plenty of activities to do in the area, but you need a car. The house itself was beyond expectations, has all facilities, and invites to live outdoors. We especially liked the outdoor kitchen, preparing an omelette while enjoying the sea view, I will never forget. Enjoying the evening from the very large Spa and taking an outdoor shower, we were totally unwinded after our week. Sicily is also such a great place. Special thanks to Francesco and his team for the hospitality and accurate communication.

This is a luxury gem hidden away in a tranquil location. The only minus off season was that most restaurants <30 minutes away were closed (October) otherwise this place is magic, clean, newly refurbished, has all necessary amenities, incredibly private and has excellent hosts and goat farmer neighbors ;)

Casa accogliente e spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort. Grandissima ospitalita' e gentilezza da parte dei padroni di casa che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa da subito, assicurandoci tutto quello di cui potevamo aver bisogno insieme a cortesia e riserbo. Daniel, anche se "in remoto", e' sempre stato molto celere nel risponderci. A parte questo, il posto e' un autentico luogo di pace e relax, immerso nel verde e nella quiete. Praticamente tutto quello che cercavamo per questi ultimi scampoli di estate.

Giorgio’s house was exactly what we wanted for our Modica vacation. A touch of the Sicilian countryside not too far from town. It truly did become home for the time we were there. Cooking pizzas in the wood fire oven and daily soaks in the wellness center. We won’t soon forget this beautiful place. The amazing cherry on top was Giorgio’s amazing hospitality and desire to share his local favorites with us.

Roberto was incredibly responsive from the very beginning. The house is truly magical, surrounded by stunning lemon, orange, and mandarin groves that create the most beautiful and peaceful landscape. Roberto provided a super helpful local guide filled with great recommendations and even welcomed us with a basket of fresh Sicilian local products :) The house is exactly as shown in the pictures – if not better! It comes with thoughtful extras like a barbecue and a fully equipped kitchen. One of the highlights was being able to pick fresh lemons, oranges, and mandarins straight from the trees (and fresh eggs) – which made breakfast-time really special ;) Highly recommend staying here! Noto is just a short drive away and full of great restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you might need. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring some of the most charming towns in Sicily, all within easy reach. Would definitely recommend it and go back again!

This is an amazing house on a beachfront road in a charming little town. There is a small square in walking distance that has a nice bar/coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is lovely with very comfortable beds and amazing views both of the ocean out the front door and balcony, and of Mt Etna out of the two back balconies. Bedrooms are good sized with two full baths on the first floor and a half bath with the bedroom on the second floor. We had 5 adults in our group and never felt cramped. WiFi is good. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and very responsive to questions and give a good list of local attractions and restaurants to try. House is in an area with easy access to both Catania and Taormina, both about 35-45 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

We had a lovely stay in this accommodation. We visited Sicily during the off season and still had great warm weather. We were welcomed by Angelo and Saro who showed us the accommodation. Both were in contact with us over messenger and gave us many tips on nice beaches and restaurants. The accommodation was very clean with a lovely interior. We had a place to park our car right beside the door. You can take your breakfast on the beach, just walk over the street and you are there. Keep in mind that the street ist right beside the accommodation and the cars drive quite fast so it can be a little louder. Thank you for the stay!

Séjour inoubliable dans cette île hors du commun. Nous etions 5 amis et avons été accueillis par Graziella et Andrea (les parents de Ludovica) extrêmement gentiment. Le dammuso est comme décrit dans l’annonce, avec en plus un barbecue, une douche extérieure (en plus des salles de bains) et l’accès au toit pour l’apéritif. A noter qu’il y a quelques voisins (un autre dammuso et un studio sont loués) sans que cela ne soit gênant. Nos hôtes ont été vraiment très accueillants, aidants et sympathiques sans jamais être intrusifs : conseils, aide à la location de bateau, randonnée, transferts à l’aéroport… nous avons quitté le dammuso avec émotion apres une semaine!

Edvige e Bruno sono stati meravigliosi! il loro dammuso è un sogno del cui nn volevamo andare via, con tutti gli utensili di casa, un benvenuto dolcissimo, paesaggio mozzafiato! Pantelleria è un'isola speciale, ci si innamora, e casa loro è stata un grande pezzo di questo amore! grazie per la vostra generosità e sorrisi splendidi! speriamo di rivederci!

Leonardo è un padrone di casa perfetto, si è preso cura di tutto, ci ha portato dal porto e ci ha riaccompagnato alla partenza. Abbiamo alloggiato in un posto ideale, puoi arrivare ovunque con la bici che ci ha prestato la casa . La cucina contiene tutte le attrezzature di base necessarie, materassi ideali per dormire e dormire alla grande, ampia terrazza con vista sul castello Grazie al prezzo vantaggioso, non troverete niente di meglio sull'isola , ci vediamo la prossima volta.

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di conoscere personalmente Michela e di avere da lei alcuni ottimi indirizzi . L’appartamento ha una vista meravigliosa e si trova nel quartiere ebraico di Modica , tranquillo e pulito . Lo consiglio

Our group had a great stay here. We came for a rock climbing holiday. Climbing areas were a close drive away. We could easily walk to the beach and into town for dinner. We loved hanging out on the roof top deck for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. Palma was extremely responsive throughout the trip. Great restaurant and gelato tips. She even gave us an immediate pointer to the nearest ER when needed!

Allt var helt fantastiskt! Vill rekommendera detta boende till alla som funderar på att komma till Siracusa och vill definitivt boka detta boende igen nästa gång! Perfekt!

The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Ritemilia was there to greet us and gave us lots of helpful recommendations. She had also left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift and made sure there was a bottle of water in the fridge for us, much needed! The whole house was comfortable and felt very secure. The aircon worked well and there was plenty of hot water. She always responded to messages very quickly and was friendly and helpful in every way! The house is in a lovely spot - on a quiet side street, but within walking distance of the town centre. Avola is a lovely little town with plenty of restaurants and beautiful beaches. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful villa, wonderfull host and gorgeous location. Couldn't fault the villa, and our stay. Margarita helped us navigate to the villa when we arrived and work out the WiFi to keep the kids happy. Can't fault our stay. Thank you.

I miei genitori sono stati ospiti da Angelo. La casa è situata in una via tranquillissima, molto caratteristica dove non passano automobili e vicinissima al centro di San Vito. La casa era pulita e aveva tutto il necessario per trascorrere una splendida vacanza. Angelo è stato molto gentile e nonostante non fosse presente ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili e si è sempre sincerato della situazione rimanendo sempre a disposizione in caso di bisogno. Consiglio quindi Angelo e la sua casa. Grazie

Le logement était conforme à l’annonce et l’hôte très réactif. si la plage du lido di noto n’est pas accessible à pied, le logement est idéalement situé entre Noto et la réserve de Vendicari. Syracuse est accessible en 30 minutes en voiture. Possibilité de cueillir des oranges du jardin pour préparer des jus de fruits frais le matin.

Hôte prévenant, réactif et sympathique, sensible au bien-être des vacanciers. Informations fournies très utiles ; emplacement très agréable et calme, proche de nombreux sites touristiques et de la plage, mais aussi de commerces (en voiture ou à vélo) ; petite maison bien équipée avec cour privative pour manger ou se prélasser en terrasse. Petite ville plutôt tranquille au printemps, c’est ce que nous recherchions. Nous recommandons vivement aux vacanciers qui cherchent la tranquillité sans l’isolement et qui aiment la nature !

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Wir würden sie jederzeit erneut buchen. Vielen Dank auch an Alessandra, die den Check-in organisierte und immer für uns erreichbar war.

Laura è stata un host gentilissima si è fatta trovare presso l’abitazione a seguito della nostra telefonata per l’arrivo. L’appartamento è bello, nuovo, pulitissimo, comodo, fresco, arredato con gusto, con due camere da letto e un parcheggio privato. Il mare a 700 metri è raggiungibile a piedi e le spiagge più belle(Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo meglio traversa III) a 15 minuti d’auto, ottimo punto per visitare NOTO, AVOLA, MODICA…Il nostro Diesel(🐕) è stato accolto con piacere. È stata una esperienza davvero davvero positiva, grazie Laura.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön, die Aussicht war auch echt schöner als erwartet Vor allem der Sonnenaufgang. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war super und ich bekam immer schneller Antworten. Die Gastfreundschaft war grandios. Gerne wieder!
