The authentic neighborhood of Torre di Ligny plus the historic fishing port and fish market forms the backdrop to this property. The house is located at the western end, where the last isthmus of land divides the Tyrrhenian Sea from the Mediterranean. You can reach every part of the city center on foot. Restaurants, churches, squares, markets, port, and ferries/hydrofoils to the Egadi Islands will be just few minutes away. We can also recommend a useful bike rental-shop located in the city center. The city beach is located along the northern coastline. You will have roughly four kms of sandy beach coast to chose your favorite spot. You can use car, bicycle, or you can just walk to reach it. La cucina soggiorno, luminosissima e provvista di divano si affaccia su balconcino. L'appartamento si trova al sesto piano di un palazzo di rilievo architettonico. Sul pianerottolo è presente l'altro nostro appartamento "CASA MANFREDI". Varcando l'ingresso dell'abitazione ci si ritrova in un piccolo disimpegno da cui è possibile accedere al bagno alle camere da letto e al soggiorno/cucina con balcone. L'appartamento si trova in posizione strategica per la vicinanza al Porto navale e alla fermata dei bus da e per l'aeroporto Falcone e Borsellino. L'appartamento si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal terminal per l'aereoporto Falcone e Borsellino di Palermo e l'aereoporto di Birgi (TP). Frequenti autobus collegano il quartiere con il resto della città, specialmente con la stazione ferroviaria e bus. Un autobus diretto collega via Libertà con le spiagge di Mondello.

The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!
