Villa vacation rentals in Si Phum

Convenient location, about 7 minutes drive to the airport, suitable for catching early flights, about 15 minutes to the Ancient City without traffic. 711 is just across the street, there is a light meal café, Vietnamese restaurant, Thai restaurant and a Japanese restaurant along the road, the taste is good and quite unique. The house is very spacious, two floors with a large terrace, living room and bedroom both have TV, three bathrooms on two floors, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. The host is super enthusiastic, sent the house address in advance, and recommended some supporting information about the surrounding area, among which the most interesting is the art village. I chose 3 cafes, and they were all good. Great for small family trips/small groups (4 people best)/transit. Much more spacious than hotels at the same price, preferred for early morning flights.

The Cyngam Resort is a truly unique place to stay and experience the delights of Chiang Mai. Whilst it’s in a pretty rural setting it’s still only 20 mins via Grab taxi and a 25 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. I’d describe the accommodation as ‘shabby chic’ full of rustic charm and character. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable although we did experience some noises in a couple of the bedrooms from the pool filter. We also experienced recurring problems with the hot water to the showers although the fantastic Aor and her team did their very best to resolve the problems as best they could. In fact, the biggest positive of the resort was the friendliness of the staff and the hospitality and support given during our stay and also via prompt communication before our arrival in helping us to plan our week. I would definitely recommend Cyngam for those looking for a unique way to stay in Chiang Mai

Nice to meet the host, Miss Roxy, a very high-energy girl. She recommended attractions, Michelin restaurants, and temples with spiritual energy, hahaha. The house is quaint, just the way I like it and what I expected! There are many antiques in the house that Roxy bought back from her travels around the world. You can see that she has put a lot of effort into the house. She is a girl who loves life! The energy and magnetic field in this house are very nourishing. Love!

Amazing place a little outside of Chiang Mai town. After arrival you will be amazed by the hotel like entrance, restaurant on side and pool area with scenic mountains on the back. But there are only 3 bungalows so everything is very private. Host is very friendly and has great recommendations what to do and where to go. There is a fridge with craft beer next to the pool which you can take anytime and just tell the host what you got and pay once you check out. Restaurant was unfortunately closed as we stayed on a Monday but got very good reviews on google so I’m quite sure it will be good and a pity we couldn’t try. The design of the garden blends very well with the nature and the space is actually huge. There is even a pond at the back of the property with quite a nice amount of rare birds to be seen..... recommend if your are a birder. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we’ll be back for sure

We had an exceptional stay in the Phi private villa. Napat and the women on site were amazing. We were 2 families with small children, we were very attentive, high quality breakfast, amazing villa very clean and spacious. Napat also offered us excursions with private driver. We wanted to stay longer so we felt so good. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos A big thank you for everything. We will definitely be back.

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

We loved our stay at Kat’s place. We felt at home. We have everything we needed. We were a big group and Kat was able to accommodate us. The pool was a plus. Close to good restaurants and very nice coffee shops. Kat was very helpful and always responsive to all our requests. The house was impeccable and Mr. Pan was amazing. Him and his team prepared a delightful Thai dinner that was delicious. I will definitely recommend Kats place

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The location is convenient, close to Tha Phae Gate. I highly suggest setting up the pickup address at La Fontana, the Italian restaurant for your Grab driver. The bedroom was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

If you want to be off the beaten path immersed in nature, this is it. North, our main point of contact, was absolutely amazing. I can’t praise her enough. She was always available and helped us plan our activities. She even took us on an unbelievable hike and then to one of her favorite local restaurants. It would not have been the same without her. We definitely made a friend for life. Thanks North!

the house was perfect for a overnight stay or a weekend. it was very private and quiet. we loved the pool and the outside space. the rest of the house was furnished well and was very nice and relaxing. the only thing was it wasn't the cleanest, but still a very nice place.

had a fantastic week with 6 people(3 couples). Each has its own bedroom with its own bathroom. A few minutes walk from a large foreigner-focused supermarket with good bread, among other things. Restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity. The pool is bigger than some hotels. In the winter months, the water is fresh, but is doable for North Europeans. All Grab drivers and pickup services can easily find it. The North Gate is within walking distance.

Very good host, reply promptly, fulfill all the requests that we asked. Nice villa but if the swimming pool more bigger will be perfect, it is just fit for 2 persons to swim at the same time.
