Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Si Phum

Jedyod was by far one my favorite Airbnb stays and my group is fairly picky. The place was so aesthetically pleasing. Like IG picture perfect. The location was great. Lots of small shops to get anything you’d need from. Close to the mall. Like a 3 minute scooter ride. Linens were clean and white. Bath rooms were also clean. Loved it. Will be back absolutely. 🔥🔥🔥

This team's choice of a homestay was beyond expectations, and the stay was fantastic!The homestay is cozy and refined, every detail is full of thought, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, and you can wake up to the sound of birds in the garden outside the window every day.The host is very welcoming and considerate, not only to answer our various questions patiently in advance, but also recommended superb food and niche places to visit nearby.Because we are a team, we love that there are multiple gathering places in this villa, and we can not bother each other at the end of the villa, and have their own rooms and bathrooms.We also loved the pool and it was still hot in Chiang Mai when we got around and this pool was really cool.I'm staying in a room on the second floor, so I like the small living room on the second floor and it's comfortable to lay on and play games.Normal travel is also very convenient, because the location is excellent, very close to the night market and the ancient city, you can walk to the night market, everyone in the ancient city is quick to play a bolt, the next time I have the opportunity to come to Chiang Mai again, I will definitely choose this place, highly recommended for large families or people traveling on the team, really great value for money.

When my son accidentally bumped into a wall and hit the water main, a neighboring technician was called and fixed the issue at no cost to us—something we were incredibly grateful for. The hosts didn’t just check in to make sure everything was okay—they gave us personalized recommendations for activities they thought we’d enjoy, which made our experience even more memorable. Honestly, the hospitality we received here was on another level. The host was the absolute best—we felt cared for, respected, and right at home. Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay at Ami’s place. Perfect location in the heart of Nimman, and an easy Grab ride to old town or anywhere else in Chiang Mai. Very responsive and helpful host, and a very cool space to call home for the week. The deck on the roof was so nice to hang out on at night.

4 people stayed, and the cleanliness, facilities, and things to do inside were all satisfactory.

Very comfortable stay, comfortable garden environment, good bedding. The tatami was thoughtfully arranged for the children. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire stay. Especially the lounge chair in the master bedroom, it's great for lying down and doing photo editing! It's convenient to go everywhere nearby, quiet in the middle of the city. The sound of the plane was okay, not very affected, the kid was so happy. Daily cleaning was done in a timely manner. It's really great. I'll come back again👍🏻 next time. Recommended to friends! It feels like staying at a friend's house, very well taken care of!

a great little place in a really good location. it has a fun bohemian feel, good vibe and so much to do in the area that you can walk to. we had lots of fun just exploring the city on foot from here. little private yard for sun bathing and a spa tub built into the outdoor deck were a nice relaxing spot to cool off in.

It was comfortable and nice. It's good for a big family to use and the response is quick. The breakfast was delicious. The location is far from the old town, so I took a taxi. There was also detergent, so it was nice to use the washing machine. It was also convenient to have four bathrooms.

The property is great one and worth the money but what made our experience much better was the host. She was a very friendly, helpful, and cared person. She even went beyond her duty and picked us up from the airport just to get to her property faster. Thanks Jaifah for the great hospitality and I recommend this place to anyone coming to Chiang Mai.

Photos don’t do this piece of heaven justice. We had a wonderful time, staff were attentive to keeping the place pristine but respected our privacy. The hosts live next door and were equally respectful of our privacy and very accommodating. Bathrooms felt a bit too open at the windows as nothing covering them but you got used to it after a while as no one can really see you. Nice little farmers market near the place daily with several 7 elevens a foot skip away. Latiga and Mark have done a fab job of this bohemian paradise, we didn’t want to leave! The pool was amazing too. For Muslim visitors go into the city centre and you will find lots of halal places to eat. The 7-11 also sells some halal products you can ask them to heat up like cheese sandwiches and some microwave veggie options. My husband is already planning a return trip! We had a pleasant and enjoyable time thanks to Lily assistance in providing us with a wonderful property. Sclass villa had all we needed. Fantastic pool. Spacious rooms with clean modern bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious with daily top up of drinking water. Attentive caretakers and good housekeeping. Facility is just adjacent to the airport and cab ride about 15 mins to mall, shopping and entertainment areas. Pui and Lily were very responsive and helpful making sure we had a comfortable stay. Will definitely return. Thank you Ms Lily and Ms Pui for hosting us.

The actual check in felt so much more beautiful than the photos! The pool is very clean and spacious and has a massage feature❤️ The living room, kitchen are very clean and bright, well lighted, fully equipped, and the high design makes it very comfortable. Every room is thoughtfully designed and equipped with a bathroom, and the hot water is stable and there is a lot of water! Will definitely stay again if I come back to Chiang Mai🥹🥹🥹 Awesome stay!

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

The location is super great. It's also close to the city and it's like living in nature. This is definitely the most comfortable villa I have ever stayed in. It is the Star Villa building in Chiang Mai. Five bedrooms six bathrooms. The 8 of us stayed very happy. In the afternoon I like to make tea by the lake. This villa has a lot of services. Make our one-stop trip comfortable. 5-star reviews.

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

Great place, really love it. Host also very helpful and responsive. During our stay, one of the day unfortunately electricity was out due to heavy rain and strong wind broke trees and hit electric pole, host instruct care taker to run the generator, though actually even without electric, this place is just so enjoyable, you don't need electric at all, such good place to enjoy and relax. Looking forward to come back some day.

A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again!
