I had a wonderful stay at Worapon’s place. The house had everything I needed, making my stay comfortable and convenient. The decor was charming and cozy. The location was perfect—easily accessible and close to many delicious local food spots. The host was incredibly friendly, always quick to respond and provide helpful information. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

I’m staying at a villa in Chiang Mai with a fantastic location —it’s very close to the Old City and within walking distance of the night market. This is so different from the Chiang Mai villas I stayed in before outside the city, which were in remote locations with nothing around. What I especially love are the several mango 🥭 trees in the garden. There are so many large mangoes falling from the trees 🌴 that I couldn’t possibly eat them all! I will definitely back again for mangoes! Highly recommended!

It’s such a unique experience staying at this mountain-view “camping-vibe” dome room/house. The host was very responsive, kind, and friendly to us. The view was amazing, I had not only a great time there also a memorable getaway trip outside of Chiang Mai city. It would be much better if there were clearer guidance or more accurate address in English/Thai of this location. The grab ride was like 850b one way to get there or back to Nimman. Love this place!!!

The house was exactly as described, and the owner and housekeeper were in close contact with us, preparing a lot of steamed water for us to use during our stay

It was much more spacious and better than the photos. The host, Bo, was also really kind and treated us really well. It was my first time in Chiang Mai, and I was worried that the accommodation would be weird since I was going with a big family, but I was completely satisfied. I think it was a close and safe place with restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby. I definitely recommend it for large families or groups!

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

We had a wonderful time staying at Baan Sawan. Everything was perfect from the hot tub to the kitchen, the super comfortable and clean beds to the swimming pool. Getting a Grab taxi into town was simplicity. Mrs Tik made recommendations, organised massages and was incredibly warm and friendly.

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

The house itself was very clean and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided. It really felt like a home away from home. One of the nicest stays we have been to this holiday. It's a bit expensive but you really get 100% value for money because the space is beautiful! Very large and incredibly friendly staff. The associated restaurant is incredibly beautiful and the view is unprecedented

We enjoyed our time at Absolute Thai Hillside villa. We rented 2 villas for our group. This villa was very cozy and charming. Staying in December there was no need for AC but it was an option. Keeping in mind that this is in rural Thailand the simple amenities are appropriate. Additionally, the compound grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed swinging on the swings, exploring the grounds, taking lots of pictures and enjoying dinner at the large communal kitchen. there's not much within walking distance (a few mom-n-pop type stores), but a 7-11 is a short drive and plenty to explore in this area (check out mok fa waterfall nearby). The property care takers were very helpful addressing any issues and giving suggestions on what to do.

She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again! amazing stay high up in the hills of ChiangMai with incredible views! there isn't a lot to do here, which makes for a great peaceful retreat.

Jintana was extremely helpful and made our stay great! They even set up a projector screen in our cabin for us!
