Very walkable location, within a few minutes from maya shopping center and a wide variety of great restaurants . Apartment was very clean and safe property. The bedrooms were very spacious. Host was kind and responsive. Would stay here again if in Chiang Mai!

I really enjoyed the place, first of all because of its tidiness and the fact that everything is within walking distance. Tik was also very kind and responsive—it never took her more than 20 minutes to reply to my messages. She’s an amazing host. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Astra Condo in Chiang Mai. The unit was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the washing machine, which made my stay feel more like home. Communication with Suresh and Jane was always responsive and helpful! We needed a few more towels and some were dropped off the same day! We left our key card in the unit and were able to get the code to get back in very quickly! The building itself is in a great location—just a short walk to the Night Bazaar and several cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. The rooftop pool and gym were a huge bonus, offering stunning views of the city and a relaxing atmosphere. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo!

This was a nice clean space, close to the city. The mall is like a 5 mins walk which is good. Host was very knowledgeable and communicative.

It's an adorable room with all facilities you can imagine. I love the design and interior decoration of the room. Only one pain point is airplane noise but not frequently so I can totally bear with that.

The room was good especially the bed was amazing. The room functionality full of amenities and the facilities to used. The location easy to find 7-11 and the best chicken rice opposite the condominium. The pool long located on the top floor with others facilities such as gym, sauna, steaming, work space and you can enjoying with Chiangmai view on the 17th floor. During we stayed only the drainage pipe above the shower room from the upper room was broken effects from earthquake. But the host quick responded and moved us to the new room. It show us for the professional host responsibility. Thank you.

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!

I had the chance to stay in this room and absolutely loved it! The location is fantastic—just about a 10-minute walk to the Night Bazaar. The room itself is beautiful with an amazing view. There's a swimming pool and a fitness center on the rooftop, which makes the view even more stunning. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back again next time!

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

The hotel is located nearby the city the room is cozy and clean the host is very nice and kind the staff are warmly welcome and useful :)

Great apartment in Nimman. We had the best stay at Chonlana's studio apartment. Great space with everything you need. The bed was soooo comfortable!!! Great shower too! Safe area with pool and gym. Walking distance to the hub of Nimman. Nimman district is a fab area full of life, colour, crafts, fashion and cafes. Chonlana was awesome to communicate with. So easy and efficient. Even the security guard greeted you with a big smile every day. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Chiang Mai! Excellent value!

Very friendly host and recommended some places for dinner places with nice views on request. Places is very accessible and easy to go around. Private and no noise disturbance. Recommended

My wife and I had a wonderful 100 night stay. Location is great, dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Two grocery stores within walking distance. Natasa is a super host. She is always quick to respond to questions or requests. She helped us line up cars and drivers when we needed them. She's always around and responsive.

과중한 일로, 몸과 마음이 지쳐서 ‘쉼’을 목적으로 계획했던 여행입니다. 그저 조용한 방이 필요했고, 걸어서 쉽게갈 수 있는 카페와 식당이 많이있는 숙소를 찾았는데, 이곳이 바로 그곳이었어요. 이따금 들려오는 비행기소리만 아니라면, 매우 조용합니다. 예약하기 전에 리뷰를 보고, 귀마개를 준비해서 갔던 여행이지만, 귀마개를 하지않고 지냈어요. 처음에는 신경이 쓰였으나, 시간이 지나며 익숙해져갔어요. 매우 유명한 식당과 카페가 도보로 5분이내의 거리에 있어요. 그리고, 가까운 도로주변에서 판매하는 파인애플과 망고를 매일 사서 집에서 먹는 즐거움이 있었어요.(냉장고가 크고 좋아요) 세탁기와 세제가 준비되어있어, 적은 양의 옷을 가져갔었고 일주일동안 머무는동안에 세탁을 직접하며 정말 집에서 살고있는 것 같았어요. 도움이 필요할 때마다, 호스트의 정말 빠른 응대에 감사했습니다. 일주일동안 편히 잘 쉬었고, 다음에 또 머물고 싶어요.

I had an amazing stay and felt completely at home! The place was extremely comfortable and had everything I needed. It was also very convenient for my remote work. there was high-speed internet perfect for video calls, great lighting, and a comfortable table and chair setup. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

It’s a really nice, clean and modern place! Getting in was super easy and I appreciated the small things such as plenty of towels presented in a beautiful day, as well as the bottles of water and coffee. The pool and gym was also very nice, and there was a private cafe in the entrance of the condo. A great alternative for anyone who needs to stay close to the Shangri-la for a fraction of the price!

We loved our stay, the building, facilities and location is perfect. Would definitely recommend this flat.
