Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Shizuoka

We loved the house. It’s very cozy, super clean, close to the lake, no insects (at least not during our stay), very pet friendly. We went as a family of 4 with our little dog. We highly recommend it.

Breathtakingly beautiful views from every window. Even my 6 month old daughter enjoyed walking up and staring at the trees outside the bedroom window. So many great ways to unwind and recharge. Only thing to note is it’s a bit far from restaurants and stores so taxing was the way to get around for us since we had a baby and stroller to tote. Otherwise location and buses would’ve been convenient.

We stayed with a 2 and a half month old baby and 2 adults, a total of 3 people. We were able to check in very easily, and there were no problems with the accommodation. It was a very clean inn, with a good view from the room, and I was able to stay with my small child with peace of mind. The host put together a list of recommended spots in the area, which was very helpful for dinner. There were so many rooms, and it was so spacious that it was too much for 3 people, so it is a favorite inn that I would like to use with 2 families, such as a couple of friends!

Great place with a private jungle vibe but just minutes away from the beautiful beaches. Very quiet and clean and wonderful hosts. They were kind enough to give me a ride to the train station as it was raining Monday of departure. Fun little surf town… Little warning “ cash is king in this town”… the taxi only takes cash! lol

It was a great place to stay, where all the users were able to relax and enjoy themselves to the fullest. I strongly felt that I wanted to come back.

Nice facilities and location, close to nearby attractions and shops

I live nearby.My son and his wife came with a baby. On the day of fireworks, accommodation costs for nearby ryokans are soaring, but this time, it was a weekday price even on holidays, and it felt like a great deal. Originally, when I booked by mistake for a month, they responded by rescheduling, and they were willing to handle forgotten items, and communication was very smooth.Thank you very much.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this beautiful property. The house itself is a perfect example of traditional Japanese architecture—peaceful, aesthetically pleasing, and impeccably maintained. It offered a unique cultural charm while also being very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped for guests. She was always available to provide guidance and support, whether it was helping us navigate the area or answering our questions with warmth and clarity. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home. Great place to stay. Unfortunately, the BBQ was canceled due to rain, but there was no cancellation fee, and instead, they lent us a hot plate for 1,000 yen. You can enter the hot springs at any time, and there are multiple toilets and sinks, making it ideal for group travel. There were plenty of toys for the kids to play with, and we had plenty of fun indoors.

I struggled to adjust the temperature of the hot water in the bath due to the source spring, but when I contacted the host, they responded politely. Thank you very much.

We had an amazing time at the Aquaholic! The place is a perfect little get away. Everything is very nice and clean. The scenery is super pretty as well. The host was wonderful and super helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

The grounds were very spacious, and it was very good that there were many playground equipment for small children to play on. I also met wild deer! The room was very clean, spacious, and had a very open feel. Unfortunately it was raining on the first day, but I was able to enjoy myself in the room, and the next day it was sunny so I was able to play outside to my heart's content. There are also plenty of bedrooms for large groups, so I'd love to use it again if I get the chance.

This place was awesome! Super clean, super cozy, and had everything we needed. But the real star of the show was the bathhouse — absolutely amazing. It felt like having our own little spa right outside the house. We spent every evening soaking and relaxing, and it seriously made the whole trip feel extra special. It was peaceful, private, and just really well done. The host was great too — friendly, quick to respond, and gave clear instructions for everything. If you're looking for a chill, comfortable spot with a little extra something, this is it. Would totally stay here again!

This is my second time staying at this Airbnb, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The place is consistently clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The bed is super comfortable, the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable (perfect for working remotely), and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a short or extended stay. What I appreciate most is the host's attention to detail and warm hospitality. Check-in was smooth, communication was prompt, and they went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The location is also a huge plus it safe, quiet, and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and key attractions. This place was the perfect peaceful getaway. I was greeted by the host upon arrival and shown everything about the space and property. It was about a 5 min drive to the lake. The sauna/cold tub/hot tub cost extra but was a great addition. Gorgeous property and immaculate, private guest house to stay in. Would love to stay here again!

It was very easy to understand and polite.The inn is surrounded by nature and in a calm location, and there were many places to visit nearby, such as suspension bridges and cafes, so it was nice.In addition, you can rent an electric bicycle, so I was able to easily walk around the area.I'd love to stay again.

The building and interior were very clean and the hospitality was outstanding. I think many people visit by car, but the entrance is easy to see from the road, and there is plenty of parking space. The host responds quickly and politely to questions and messages.Japanese people can feel at ease. There is a private house next door, right next to the premises, and it can also be seen from the wooden deck, so you need to be a little careful when chatting during BBQ. You may also be a little concerned about the sound of cars and trucks passing through the road next door. Overall very happy with the experience.

Yume's place was amazing. We loved the hot spring bath. A few things to note, beds are quite hard, not many food options around but you can cook if you come prepared, taxis are really hard to find, even when it is a big fare! But that was my fault for not researching more. Overall a great place to stay especially if you have rented a car. Hakone was amazing :)

If you only prepare ingredients, there are seasonings and sauces. There were few ingredients at the nearby supermarket, so I thought it would be good to prepare it in advance. All of the meat from the butcher you mentioned was delicious.

The sauna, water bath, and natural hot spring were all pleasant to use!The description of the facility was also easy to understand, and we had a comfortable stay.
