Uncle Rabbit is the man! Very helpful from show us around town to getting us from the train station to also answering any questions we had. As for the room is was actually even nicer than we thought it was going to be so huge bonus, overall fantastic place if trying to see fuji.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful kawaguchiko apartment. Place was exactly as described and in prestige condition. Close to all Mt. Fuji hot spots and a feel safe neighborhood. Definitely would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Thank you Toshi and Reiko! My husband, daughter and I had a fantastic time in your apartment by the sea. We loved the space, we were very comfortable and had everything we needed and more! If you like surfing this is a great spot, right in front of Usami beach, and you can rent surf boards and gear at a nearby shop. We adored Usami, with easy access to Ito and Atami, and all attractions in the area (Jogasaki Coast, Mt Omuro, Mt Fuji and more!). We especially loved the local restaurants and, our favorite was the bento shop by the train station, the best!!! We would love to come back some day :)

The host got back to me right away, so we had very smooth communication.The accommodation could accommodate a large number of people and was very comfortable to use.

The unit was perfect for our little “slice of life” experience in Japan. Mari was super helpful for providing extremely detailed check in instructions and how to find the place. The place was very cozy for 2 people and had everything we needed. I really enjoyed the hot water and the comfy linens on the bed. I really appreciated all the drying hooks for when we did laundry (washer is on the front porch). Everything was clean upon arrival and 2 L of water was provided by the host. She was very responsive and attentive, I felt relaxed staying at this place. It is about 12 minutes to Manazuru station making this convenient to explore other areas like Odawara and Hakone. Overall I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

My first visit to Mt. Fuji couldn’t have been better, and that was in large part to my stay. The location is perfect, close to the train station, cafes, restaurants, 711 and within walking distance to Chureito Pagoda. The best part was that there were ebikes stationed just below the main entrance, which I used for a speedy, affordable and fun form of transportation to and from the best spots in the area. The apartment itself is a real gem, a lofted space that was compact but the windows that lined half the space made me feel like I was a part of the city. I was fortunate to visit when there wasn’t a cloud in the sky, and could see Mt. Fuji directly out the front door and partially through the kitchen window. The host was welcoming, informative, and responsive, and really set the bar high for anyone else I choose to work with. When I come visit again, I would be a fool not to consider staying here. You should definitely consider it too!

A very nice and spacious place to stay. Air conditioning and washer with dryer function were very helpful and convenient. Mr. Kobayashi of Skyland was very friendly and helpful. Hamamtsu train station is a bit away from the accommodation without a car. If possible, he drove us to the train station or picked us up from there. Otherwise we took the taxi. Bikes are at your disposal. Mr. Kobayashi also thought about what could please my 8-year-old daughter's activities. We gratefully took home many beautiful memories.

The place was smaller than expected but the house was really clean. It’s also really close to the station so that made it convenient. We had a rental car and the house came with a parking spot so that was really convenient for us. Overall a nice stay. You also get a great view of Mount Fuji from inside and outside the house.

We had a pleasant stay in the accommodation which was impeccable and spacious enough for 3-4 people!

Very helpful host , the house would be a bit hard to find at night but once you find it, you feel right at home , very friendly and responsive host that will help you with anything you need

whole family stayed there for three nights. Convinient location and closed to subway. All directions can find easily and very reasonable price for this vacation aprtment unit.

Perfect for our stay in Hakone! This place had all the amenities we needed and was a lot bigger than we that would be. Short walk to Hakone Yumoto station was perfect for the Hakone loop! No complaints!

A wonderful place to stay after a long day soaring over Hakone, a short uphill walk from the stations. Lots of amenities, great hospitality, definitely gonna recommend this place to anyone that has a plan to go around the area.

It was close to Gotemba Outlets and had good access.The interior was spacious and we had a very comfortable stay.

Still a good experience, we came to see the fireworks festival, it's about 20 minutes walk to the fireworks festival, it's also about 20 minutes walk to the station, there are two rooms with sea views One slightly inconvenient thing is that the nearby convenience stores are relatively far away. If you want to buy water and snacks at night, you'll need to walk to the station.Everything else is fine.

Great place, host was extremely friendly and will help you book restaurants if you’re having any issues. The food nearby is delicious as well!

Takashi is a very nice person who provides a brilliant room for us. I’ll recommend his room for whom travel in Odawara or nearby.
