I recently stayed at King's Inn and I cannot put into words how good it was. Akshay is very responsive and the hosts are very welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed. There are a lot of fun activities to do like 8 ball pool, badminton, table tennis, darts and karaoke. We didn't have a single dull moment throughout our stay. The fact that I have booked the place twice in 10 days says it all. If you're looking for a getaway that feels like home, with hosts who feel like family, this is the place to be.

About Rahul: Other than for asking address and asking for kitchen/cooked food, we did not interact with him. This is because the caretaker took care of the rest. About the place: The upper floor was part of airbnb. So we had 3 rooms and a sit out for having food. Two of the rooms have amazing view. The third room borders another house and does not have a view. The location is quite scenic. A few steps and you walk to the edge of the valley and can see beautiful sunrise and sunset. The rooms, linen & most imp. the bathrooms are v.clean. Now don't expect 5 star luxuries. The place is very safe. It is isolated but that is what we wanted. About the food: The caretaker Sunita takes good care of you. Very punctual. If you ask for food at 8:30 it will be there. Food is of excellent quality. Though we did not try non-veg, and stuck only with Marathi dishes. The food is served fresh and hot. Most importantly Tea is also very nice. Overall not for luxury, great place to chill with family.

property was clean and tidy, our host provided all necessary amenities, nice getaway within the city, I would recommend it for a group looking to have a fun weekend, the only thing missing for us was a refrigerator but owner allows to keep things in their refrigerator so it's all good..

We came with our parents and grandparent and it felt so homely. After travelling all day when we reached the place, it felt so comfortable and felt so right that we didn’t book any hotel and instead went ahead with this apartment. Deepali reached out to us even before we enquired for further details and provided all assistance so smoothly and timely. The property was easily accessible and surrounded by peaceful neighbourhood. Very well maintained and def every time we visit Pune, we’re going to stay here now on. Also the most convenient part is that there is a lift which made it very accessible to travel for my grandmother too. Thankyou Deepali for being a wonderful host.

Had a beautiful stay at Wind over Waters! The place is a perfect blend of comfort and nature – ideal for anyone looking to unwind. The cabins (or “Coons”) are thoughtfully designed tiny homes that are cozy, clean, and surprisingly spacious. Loved waking up to the sounds of nature and being surrounded by greenery. The kitchenette was handy – we cooked a couple of meals with ease using the induction cooktop and microwave. There’s also an option to order from a nearby resort which made things super convenient. Everything was neat and well-stocked, from the water purifier to the toiletries. The fenced area around the cabin gave us privacy and space to just chill. The nearby hiking trails and views of the backwaters added to the whole experience. Definitely recommend this spot if you want to disconnect from the city and enjoy a peaceful glamping getaway. Looking forward to coming back again

An excellent stay. Place we were seeking to cutoff from daily noise. Good property,serene atmosphere. Well maintained. 👍

It was home away from home. Very much comfortable and accessible from prime locations. I booked it for my visit to nearest eye specialist for my father. Bhakti is very friendly and a very nice host. She even had all essentials stocked like basic grocery stocked. It was real relief for me as I was accompanied with senior citizens and toddler. Most special is Kids room as my toddler really enjoyed being at home.

it's a cosy little place on the Wai Panchgani road overlooking the valley across road. you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the room. It's a very tastefully done up home, room and bathroom are spic and span. There is an equipped kitchen for basic cooking if you wish. The caretaker is always available for your requirements. The home-cooked meals are delicious, you don't have to step out. Certainly recommended.
