The host lives next door, so we're here to help if there's anything we can help you with, but we respect your basic privacy during your stay. The building is new and simple. 1 bedroom, 2 beds. You can enter and exit with self check-in and self check-out. Each ski resort in Niseko is within a 20-minute drive. Rusutsu Resort Ski Area is 30 minutes by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski resort in the distance on a sunny day. It is a quiet villa area on the outskirts of town. You can drive to Noboribetsu Onsen Town and Upopoi Ainu museum about 20 min each.(different direction) About 1 hour drive to Toya lake, 50min drive from New Chitose airport, up to 16 guests can stay at the house. You can rent entire house by only one group, there is key box in the entrance of the house, you can take the key by yourself and check in and check out to return the key at the original place. You can park 3 cars in the yard of the house for free.

Great host and accommodation! The check-in was very flexible, the communication fast and kind. We were welcomed by a pre-heated house and bath. The house is very cozy with its all-wooden interior. We stayed in a group of four and it was very spacious, but you will also get along well with up to seven people. There is a floor heating on the ground floor. Four beds are equipped with heat blankets, the other three have an AC unit above them, so you won’t be cold in either of them in the winter time. We did not use the kitchen, but it seemed like all the necessary equipment was available. Though the house is close to the Hokkaido Expressway, we did not hear anything when the windows where closed, and only some car sounds when they were open.

Everything explained with images and explanations for the stunned and exhausted tourist The apartment is 15 minutes from the subway, but a few hundred meters from a bus stop (although in the city buses are slow due to traffic) But if like me you're slipping on the ice (bring crampons for shoes in February!), and you have luggage, the bus is convenient The apartment was very clean and tidy, and there is an elevator, so it's not a problem for those with mobility difficulties Very convenient washing machine, and the stove allowed you to regulate the temperature Small kitchen but more than enough Clean sheets and towels Quiet neighbors, a little noisy on the street with the snow cleaning (but of course it's not the owner's fault!)
