Un appartement de très grande qualité, rénové il y a peu, dans un style industriel très esthétique, et très spacieux. Un balcon en prime avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Tokyo. A 2 pas, la station de métro Hinode qui permet de se projeter rapidement sur les quartiers à visiter. Communication avec l’hôte particulièrement fluide et très réactive. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis.

Yoko's place is wonderful and conveniently located, easy access to trains and walkable to many locations such as the Tokyo Skytree and Asahi building. It was a little compact but well laid out. The bunk beds were super comfortable and if you stay in the bottom bunks they are super dark for sleeping along with having your own dimmable lights and switches makes you feel like you are staying in a capsule hotel with your family. Extra toilet is a definite plus. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are many convenient stores very close by. It's a wonderful place to stay.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Rui's home! Her sister Yui lives downstairs, and was very communicative with us throughout our stay. We arrived late in the evening and she met us outside with her husband. They helped us bring all our luggage up to the second floor! They were very welcoming and the place was imcredibly clean and exactly as pictured. Yui was very helpful and responsive whenever I asked questions in the app. We even had trouble with a pizza delivery, and Yui called the restaurant to make sure they delivered to the right address. The location was amazing, with a beautiful park right outside. Only a 10 minute walk to the station, and plenty of great restaurants a short walk away. The convenience stores and supermarket were also within a short walking distance. Yui booked us a taxi for our return trip home, and even carried our luggage downstairs for us. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and we will absolutely stay here again when we return!!

Exactly what you see is what you get! Place was very clean, the host left really clear instructions and recommendations for places nearby. Very accessible to NRT airport and central Tokyo ! Great option for solo travellers !!

我和朋友是在3月份下旬入住的，那天我们刚到东京，对于交通路线不是很熟悉，房东一直热情的在发消息指引我们，当我们顺利到达地铁站时，一位谦逊有礼的叔叔开着车来接我们去往住处，一路上叔叔用亲切的中文给我们介绍着附近美食，交谈中得知叔叔居然已经年过六甲，我和朋友都很惊讶，因为叔叔非常热情活泼，看起来像四十多岁的样子，到了住处后叔叔也细心的给我们介绍着房屋的布局，电器的使用方法，很详细，床垫特别的柔软，我们订的房间还带一个小花园，清晨时分阳光温柔的洒进来，感觉十分美好，是一次非常愉快的入住！

Nous avons adoré ce logement ! La ligne de métro qui se situe à 15 minutes à pied nous a permis de nous balader dans les différents quartiers aux alentours d’Asakusa. Il y a plusieurs temples magnifiques à découvrir très proche du logement, qui lui même est situé près de la rivière Sumida. Le logement est très fonctionnel, semblable au photo. Très facile à trouver grâce à l’hôte qui est réactif, il a été très amical et nous a bien conseillé. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement !

For the price, this accommodation had more that what it’s worth. It provided us with many amenities that greatly assisted us in our day to day chores, such as the washing machine and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and they even provided bicycles for us to use. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for an accommodation that’s affordable and worth its value.

Loved the house, the location was fantastic. We loved the huge park at the back by the river. It was a great stay and would definitely go back.

As first-timers in Japan, staying at Chihirock’s place in Funabori left a wonderful impression on us. The location is perfect — peaceful neighborhood with super easy access to both the metro and bus stations, plus convenience stores and local restaurants just a short walk away. The house itself is amazing — exactly as shown in the pictures. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the house was very easy to find. Every corner of the home is clean, tidy, and beautifully arranged. From the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, to the living area, everything felt comfortable and cozy. One lovely touch: the whole house had a subtle, calming scent of green tea — super relaxing! Truly a 5-star stay. Would absolutely recommend and would love to come back!

房東親切貼心，還為寶寶準備玩具和床。入住前已經提供很多有用的資料，如何到達旅居、周邊觀光的位置都詳細。每次回覆訊息都很快，旅居設備都很整潔齊全，附近就有便利店和Aeon。我們一家住得很舒適開心。

This place was great. We stayed three adults. There was a bedroom on the first floor and the bedroom on the third floor. The living room and kitchen were comfortable and clean. Oshiage station is with an easy walking distance, and the area is way more peaceful than the big touristy areas.

A great, traditional feeling place to stay away from the bustle of inner Tokyo

We took my son and his girlfriend to Japan to celebrate university graduation and to visit the country where he was born. The home was spacious and outfitted with everything. Yan was very responsive and friendly and provided clear instructions. This is a great place to stay for a “next level” Tokyo visit where you are only a few stops away from the Kyoto-like temple in Shibamata (without the crowds), Sky Tower, and the up-and-coming “Brooklyn of Tokyo,” Kuramae.
