Had the opportunity to stay here with my cousin on our trip to Tokyo. It’s such a cozy little loft with great amenities. The location is super convenient not too far from Ryogoku station and plenty of convenience stores/ restaurants around. Definitely will stay again to recommend!

The accommodation was lovely, compact but well appointed and laid out. Our family of 4 felt right at home. It is also well located near Hatagaya Station, only a few stops from the major hub at Shinjuku. The host was enormously helpful, providing local assistance and recommendations. The host was very responsive and a clear communicator. If we travelled to Tokyo again we'd stay here again, thoroughly recommend.

The place nearest train station is at Odakyu Line called Mukogaoka Yuen station. It is 20 minutes train ride from Shinjuku station. Neighbourhood and quiet environment which my family loved. From the apartment is merely 9 minutes walk to train station. The apartment is small and cozyvand well equipped just nice for my family of 4. The host Yui is very nice to pick us up at the nearby train station with a car and help us carrying all our heavy luggages. She guide us how to manouver the aircon/heater and all the electrical item. She goes way and beyond to assist our needs and concern for us if we manage to take train back to Shinjuku on our last day as there was a train delayed on that day. We will love to stay at Yui other apartment if we return back to Tokyo.

We were two families(4 adults and 4 kids) and we stayed a total of 5nights at this property. i would like to say that we were truly satisfied with what we experienced. the host Jkp was always available for any queries. even at late night he replied to messages and he has maintained the apartment really well. For those who comes from middle east and some other countries for the first time, may feel that the rooms are small but beleive me, hotel rooms are no better. It is easily walkable to train stations and the neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. I can totally recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a decent and affordable stay in tokyo. you just have to walk like 8-10mins to the station and in 15 mins, you are at the centre of tokyo. This is probably one of the best spots I was able to stay in during my several trips to Tokyo! The place was nice and spacious, lots of room for our luggages! The place is also very easy to locate and very close to the train stations. It’s surrounded by some really nice local restaurants, drugstores and convenience stores so really, you will have everything you need right around the corner! I especially love the spacious bathroom and toilet area! There is also laundry machine available to use ( and coin laundry nearby if you prefer). The loft area also provided more space for sleeping. So groups can really have a comfy stay in this home. We had a really really nice stay in this place. The true gem here is the owner who is very accommodating and responsive, and answers quickly to our inquiries. The host also provided clear printed instructions inside the home so everything felt easypeasy. I hope I’ll be able to book again on my next visit to japan!

A comfy place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s bigger than it looks in the photographs. Koenji is a great place to stay. Tomomasa was always there if needed and went out of their way to help. I’d stay here again. Highly recommended.

It is a bit small but it was perfect for what we needed for our group of 4 (2 couples). The location was very close to transportation and near a cute neighborhood with small local restaurants. It was very easy to get around because of the close distance to daitabashi station. It was easy to transfer from KO line to JR lines. Wonderful hosts who were very responsive before and during our trip!

Cozy, central, and convenient. The loft gets a little stuffy but the host provides a fan that is more than capable of circulating air nicely. Amenities work like a charm. Kitchen is a little small but with all of the great food options in the neighborhood it should not be a problem. Check in and checkout were smooth and it was a great stay. Thank you!!

I have always loved this neighborhood as I lived there years ago - so am grateful Reina offers such a cozy place in this area. Communication with her was quick, easy and super accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. The unit itself is really spacious (for Tokyo esp) and clean - thank you for a perfect place to stay in Shibuya :)

the place is small it's actually a 1 bhk , was wrongly mentioned by airbnb backend team that it's a 2bhk , although they refunded us half amount but stay wasn't comfortable. good thing is lots of things and places at walkable distance. peaceful neighbourhood but basic amenities like toiletries, wsshing machine extra linen or towels was missing. even tea / coffee type basic amenities which come very handy at time of check in were missing.
