Apartment vacation rentals in Shinjuku City

This is such a well designed cute studio apartment with a nice roof terrace. It has everything we needed the location is convenient and also quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to one back one day.

I would very highly recommend Oki's property to any prospective guest. I told him when we were checking out, he is the kind of host that has carefully thought out each possible thing you may need during your stay. This is another level of attention to detail that does not go unnoticed and really separates a good host from great. Oki was also incredibly responsive and one of the friendliest hosts we have come across. His little courteous and considerate offerings during our stay was so appreciated. We rented three units off of Oki and each were immaculately clean and well explained at checkin. We were very comfortable and would not hesitate to stay again on our next visit. Central location to get to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Plenty or restaurants options and easy access to public transportation. Would stay again.

Our stay here was amazing especially for our first time in Shinjuku. The location couldn’t be beat, walkable to so many of things you want to see while visiting this area of Tokyo. The place was so clean and the bed and bedding were so comfortable I want the bedding for my own house. The host was super responsive, gave great instructions on how to get there and how to get into the place. Also was super communicative and gave helpful hints and great local recommendations. Would stay here again any trip back to Shinjuku

We enjoyed our stay.. the house was in a great location, had everything we needed, very well organized, clean, loved the water pressure in the shower as well as the amenities provided such as shampoo and conditioner and soap, the host gave very detailed instructions and was very quick to respond. We loved how there was a market and many convenience stores and restaurants near by, as well as close proximity to the subway station. Would stay here again.

Tatsuhiro’s home was a perfect place to stay, great connections to Shinjuku and Shibuya. The hosts were very responsive when we needed help and very kind to provide free snacks and recommendations! I highly recommend this place to stay.

We loved staying at Shimbashi West Section L! Concierge was extremely warm and welcoming. Check-in and check-out was extremely smooth and easy. We loved the entire vibe of this place! The lounge was comfortable and had a tea, coffee and soft drink station with some snacks that you could help yourselves with. We arrived Wed and they have happy hour where they featured a few drinks for self serve. The overall room was thoughtfully designed and had storage under the bed. There's a bench, table and chair for you to sit and have meals. The room was furnished with appliances and their app had instructions. There were 2 ac units. The water pressure was great. The toilet & shower was a bit larger and there was counter space for stuff. In the halls, we could hear families with kids - the rooms were soundproof very well. We tried the sauna which was a great way to wind down and relax. I'd highly recommend staying here, it's clean, thoughtfully designed and made us feel right at home!

I usually stay in a two queen bed accommodation for a family of four, but I found that a single bed is more comfortable. There were plenty of towels and everything I needed.

Place was better than advertised. Very clean, well organized, large and spacious. The host Eric is responsive with providing directions and other periodic messaging regarding checkin and checkout procedures. That and reached out to us to ensure we had everything we needed prior to arriving. Absolutely zero issues while staying there. Local rail station very close and convenient when wanting to venture outside the Shinjuku area. Thank you Eric for hosting us and if my wife and I venture to Japan again next year. Sincerely hope that your place is available as I’d definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It is in a much quieter neighborhood and very peaceful during the evenings. 7/11 is across the road and a grocery store is right next door for anything you'd need. Train station and bus stops are extremely close.

Ayaka was very friendly and responsive to our questions. Her place was close to train and walking distance to Shinjuku attractions. Would stay there again.

I love host Lee, so responsive and accommodating. The place was just as described and Lee provided everything you could need much like a 5 star hotel would and just as clean. The location also as described, walkable to many places and right near the shinjuku line so easy to get to Shibuya or Tokyo for example. I like that it is just outside the busy roads but close enough to walk to get whatever you need. Some quick things I noticed that are not Lee’s fault at all. There was either a siren or a megaphone going around the block each hour. It might have been bad luck but it happened Also the stairs are very narrow so difficult to get large luggage up the stairs. And the A/C at least compared to US Hotels is not crispy cold. But does work and I was comfortable and it was very hot outside most days. These things may bother some people so I want to make them known. But I will definitely be back to Lee’s unit and I would give more stars if the app would let me.

The airbnb is very near to the station. The host even waited for us in the train station to help with the luggages. She was very friendly and recommended a lot of restaurants nearby that we can try. The neighborhood is very peaceful and it felt relaxing after a long day of touring around the city. The room is very spacious and enough for 4 people to freely move around. It is very clean, air condition is cold and there are towels provided. The towels could also be washed and changed upon request. On top of that, the host responds quickly and also sends us daily updates of weather forecasts. Since rain was forecasted during our stay, there were also a lot of umbrellas ready on the first floor. Overall, this is one of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed at. I recommend this place a lot and will definitely book this room again whenever we come back to Tokyo in the future!

Very close to Shinjuku / Kabukicho tourist spots. It was convenient for us to walk and sightsee the area as well as quick taxi to Shibuya and Harajuku. The place is small- we only came to sleep but as a family of 3 with luggage it was tight. 7-11 right next door and great for early morning/late night snacks before restaurant operating hours. Building is quiet and felt safe. If you like a stiff mattress and pillow this beds for you!

Super easy stay. We especially liked having a baggage drop option hours prior to check-in as we arrived into Tokyo at noon. This gave us a bunch of time to explore the neighborhood. And it was great check-out was 11am versus all the other places we stayed was at 10am. Overall, we'd absolutely stay with Toshi again.

Amazing spot. It is SMALL (for American standards) but it’s absolutely perfect for Japan! You don’t need a lot of space because you’re out and about the whole day and this place is exactly what you need. It’s close to everything and right across from a 7/11 which is amazing for snacks. Extra towels provided and AC provided. This place was awesome!!!

Was a great place to stay! Location was pretty solid as well!

We had a fantastic stay at Taku's flat. The location was superb, just minutes from JR and metro stations with excellent city-wide connections. While the flat was compact on the fourth floor (not an issue for us), the small bathroom might be a tight squeeze for taller guests. The real highlight, however, was the exceptional hospitality of Taku and Yuki – their proactive and attentive care truly made our experience outstanding. Thank you, Taku and Yuki!

The place was amazing it’s cozy private and peaceful, the host was very great checking on us and always making sure that everything is okay I would recommend him and his place for a stay in Tokyo

My wife and I have been trying to get a chance to visit Japan for the last ten years, and when we finally got the ability to, Asama helped us start off the trip wonderfully. Her house was comfortable and easy to find, and was very homey stay in. She offered home cooked meals for breakfast, which were absolutely fantastic. We got to sit and chat with her many times and shared stories about where we were from and our travels. She recommended many places for us to go locally, which was very helpful. Overall, Asama was a wonderful hostess and was absolutely one of the best parts of our trip so far. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone visiting the area to stay. 10/10.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient!

The place was as shown in the pictures, complete amenities, clean and cozy. Location is near Waseda Stn. which makes it accessible to other places. Restaurants and convenient stores are also a few walks from the place. The host, Mayumi was very accomodating and friendly. Overall, me and my family had a very good stay and will definitely recommend to relatives and friends visiting Tokyo.😊
