We had a lovely stay at Jack’s place during our trip to Tokyo. The location in Ikebukuro was incredibly convenient — close to shops, train stations, and food options, yet tucked away just enough to be peaceful and quiet at night. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our small family. Traveling with two young children can be challenging, but the space was comfortable and safe, and it had all the basic amenities we needed — including a washing machine, which was a big plus for us. Check-in was smooth, and Jack was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He provided clear instructions and was kind enough to check in on us via message, which we appreciated. Overall, this was a great home base for our Tokyo adventure, and we’re grateful for the hospitality. Thank you, Jack, for making our stay pleasant and stress-free! Highly recommended for families or anyone looking to stay in a lively yet convenient part of Tokyo.

Great space for family, quiet, clean and convenience. 6 minutes walking distance to Ikebukuro C5 exit. At least 3 supermarkets close by. Close to airport shuttle bus.

What wonderful accomodation! This place ticked all our boxes, super clean with all the amenities we needed in a great location. Close to the train station, convenience stores, supermarkets and loads of incredible restaurants. Perfect for our family of 4. Thank you for such a memorable stay, we would definitely recommend Kousuke's place! 🙂

it was just perfect for us - quiet location but close enough to vibrant district and super good train connection with any touristic location in city. very spacious!! has a beautiful balcony, full kitchen and big bathroom. massive plus was having a washing machine! the host was super friendly and even accepted to extend our stay - it was that great!

Conveniently near the station, next to supermarket and shopping centre. Place was nice and clean. Host was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again

Wir hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Ikebukuro! Die Lage des Hotels war einfach perfekt – mitten im Geschehen und mit schnellem Zugang zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Egal ob Shopping, Restaurants oder öffentliche Verkehrsmittel – alles war in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unser Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, genau das, was ich gebraucht habe. Alles hat einfach gepasst! Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Wer eine tolle Lage und einen reibungslosen Aufenthalt in Tokyo sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen!

We had a great stay in this small apartment in Shinjuku! It was very clean, practical, and ideal for two people. The space is well-organized and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A convenience store is just a few steps away, and the location is super close to public transport, which made it easy to get around Tokyo. Would definitely recommend for a short and convenient stay in the city!

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (age 9 and 12) for our last three nights in Tokyo. It was an excellent, comfortable, and homey stay. We slept 3 in the beds and 1 on a mat/thicker foam pad on the floor in living room. The location was a little quieter and away from the crowds yet still so easily walkable to get in the action when you wanted. The place was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed. I could see it being ideal for a longer stay. Thanks!

Very near to Keikyu-Kamata station. Around 8-10 minutes. The place got all the amenities that we need. Dryer facilities downstair with just 100 yen for 10minutes. A bit of distance from city center but we choose this accommodation because we want to be close to the Haneda Airport so its a plus point. Only 10 minutes to Haneda Airport by train.

Our stay was fantastic. The Section L apartment-hotel is like a home away from home, with all the essential amenities for a family traveling with a kid. We really enjoyed our stay, the East Ginza area (several playgrounds near by that our daughter enjoyed) and the walkability to the local train staying as well as central Ginza. We’ll be sure to book next year on our annual visit to Japan. And a big thanks to the Section L front desk staff - you were all helpful and friendly.

Had a great stay for about 26 days. It's like renting a real apartment and living there. You need to make your own food, buy your groceries, clean your clothes yourself. The only thing I missed a little bit because it was summer was a freezer, but with a supermarket a few minutes away you can buy the ice there. Station is about 15 minutes, but I always enjoyed the walk there. You can walk along a beautiful river for a bit to get the station. I didn't have any contact with other guests or neighbors, but the walls are thin and you can hear them sometimes. I can fully recommend this apartment if you don't want the hotel experience and more of a living experience

The Airbnb was wonderful, a good amount of space and all the amenities needed. The host was very friendly and happy to help out with any requests we had and had recommendations for things to do/buy while there. It was perfect for a longer term stay with all necessities nearby and a good yakitori restaurant downstairs

We have so many questions and he answered and explained to us clearly.. Great location, walkable to Otsuka Station. It’s in the Yamanote Line, every location is easily accessible. Clean and tidy! The location of Hiromi's place was incredible and very walkable to Oshiage station and the Solamachi mall! We frequented the mall directly across the street, used the direct access from Narita and also to Disney. The view of Skytree was beautiful! The ease to 7-11 almost next door was very convenient. Hiromi was very quick to respond to all my questions, friendly, provided clear instructions and resolved a small issue brought to her attention. The home was exactly as described, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as it made our first trip to Japan very comfortable. I highly recommended this home!

We stayed at YK for 2 nights. It's near Inaricho Station, Easy to go YK building from there. Our rooms is at 2th floor of the building. It's clean, tidy, fully furnished. He has a good manual, It's useful information for us. We happy to stay here very much.

It was our first time ever in Tokyo and we had a great stay. Everything is as described, the Numabuchuro station is 6min away by foot, and they are convenience stores and restaurants around. The place is very close to Harry Potter world. The hosts are very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend the place you won’t be disappointed.

Good location, just a few mins walk with many things to see along the way to Shibuya crossing. Although it is on the first floor, apartment is located on a quiet street so there is not much noise. Room is clean and spacious. The house is well equipped for living. Aircon is in great working condition if u want it hot or cold it can do both well. Water kettle to boil water is very clean too. The only con is the bed. It is smaller than a queen size bed. Thank you.
