The apartment is 5 minutes walking from imperial garden , 7 minutes from Kyoto City Hall . Good mix of antique and modern kyoto , as many as you can find trendy restaurants and cafes & bakeries all around, you find traditional Japanese tea house and sweet stores also local eat-ins. Although commercial center is walking away distance , my place is on quiet one way street.

It was a great stay and I was very happy for my 8 days in Kyoto. The room was beautiful and a little smaller than I thought, but it was enough for both of us.It was February when I went, it was cold, and there was an air conditioner and a heater in the room, and an electric heating table —- this one was magical, it was too warm to sit at the table to eat, which was great!Relatively speaking, the toilet and bathroom were really cold.Going to the toilet at night is really a test.The bathroom was cold and I didn't have the courage to use it and went straight to the sento nearby, it was nice to experience the local Qianyou.The place to wash your face was a bit small and slightly inconvenient. The washing machine has a drying function and is suitable for wet Kyoto.Fully equipped kitchen supplies, you can cook your own meals.We bought the Japanese beef and went back to the hot pot, or made a barbecue.Too blissful to eat around a warm table. Convenient transportation, 3 minutes on foot from Kuramaguchi subway.There is a medium-sized supermarket, Sagarle, a 2-minute walk away, and it's easy to buy food.There are eel selling eels on the bottom floor, which is delicious.There is also a family pharmacy on the second floor of the supermarket, which is cheap, can be tax-free, and can be paid with microx and alipay.But there seems to be no breakfast place nearby.I usually buy breakfast for the next day at the supermarket or the bento shop near the south exit of the subway station.There is a small park to the west of the house, the play structure for the🈶 little ones.There are also izakayas and restaurants nearby, which also solve the problem of hunger in the evenings. There are two exits from Kururamaguchi Subway Station.The north has no elevator, but you didn't use the street, there is an elevator on the south side, you must go south when you have your luggage. The housekeeper was very responsive and responsive even at night with lots of helpful information.Thank you very much. It was suggested that the host could prepare some spare facial tissue in the room, we stayed for seven days and a bread towel paper was not enough.🤪Also, it would be perfect to have a desk lamp with room 2.

LOVE IT. Easily one of my favorites. The property was beautiful, and I stayed just in time for the sakura season - so we have a very beautiful view of Sakura by the river. We would spend time on the balcony adoring the view day and night - it was truly great. Location wise, I cannot think of a better location. It is, but it is super strategic. It is close to everything, everything within short walking distance. The hosts are great and accommodative. They offer flexible check in and check out time whenever possible. 100% will stay here again in the future.

A cozy comfortable refuge from the busy streets of Kyoto. Checkin was easy and the location is ideal - just a few steps to Kiyomizudera. In spite of the crowds heading up local streets, this house is set back and very quiet. A beautiful forest is visible out the back of the house, with a wonderful tub to enjoy the view. We also appreciated the immediate responsiveness of the hosts by text. Highly recommended.
