We offer one of a selection of clean and convenient rooms for up to two guests in each. Please note that the actual room number and access to the room will be shared with our guests on the morning of check-in before 10 am and is based on availability. We regret that we are unable to accommodate room preferences based on the listing photos, or layout configuration type and we will assign a room based on the availability only (similar to a regular hotel). Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for room layout preferences. We would like to kindly thank our guests for their understanding in this regard. We are located 5 minutes on foot from Kyoto's Gojo station on the Subway Karasuma Line and offers direct access to Kyoto station within 10 minutes from the apartment. Our 20～20.5 m2 non-smoking room has been furnished with two single beds at 100 cm x 195 cm to sleep up to two guests in total. Please note that unfortunately we are unable to add extra beds or adjust the sleeping arrangments. We have also made available free Wi-Fi in all rooms. Please note that we do not provide pocket Wi-fi and guests are kindly asked to rent this themselves at Kansai airport or at Kyoto station's Tourist Information Centre. In addition to the above amenities, our property also features air-conditioning units that can be used to heat or cool each room to our guests' preference. Our HD TV has a HDMI port in the rear so our guests are welcome to use their streaming devices. Please note that Japanese terrestrial TV is not available. Guests are welcome to log in to Netflix etc but please do so with your own credentials. We also have a bathroom with a bath and shower with shampoo, conditioner and body soap provided, along with one toothbrush, and one face towel and bath towel set per guest. We also have a separated western-style toilet that comes equipped with a washlet system. Each room has its own microwave. Please note that there is only one coin-operated laundry machine in the building, and there are no cooking facilities or laundry machine in each individual room. The coin-operated laundry machine is located in a shared area within the building. The laundry machine cost is to be covered by each guest. Our building is equipped with an elevator to assist with heavy luggage of those with mobility requirements. A full, photo-guide and map to the building will be sent upon the completion of your reservation. Please note that there is a smoking room located inside the entrance to the building and that there may be some residual smelling smoke in certain areas of the property. Please take this into consideration if you are pregnant, or have a sensitivity to smoke. Please also kindly note that we are unable to guarantee certain rooms or 100% honour requests to be placed on certain floors. We are unable to move rooms after your check in has been completed due to capacity. By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge these conditions.

Room D2 is the only room in the building from the Showa era. In March 2026, the bathroom and soundproof aluminum doors and windows were completely renovated. It is the best choice to experience the real Japanese lifestyle of the past. The area is 22 square meters, and with the balcony, it is about 25 square meters. Although it is equipped with two standard 140cm × 200cm double beds, it is still recommended for a maximum of two adults + 1 child, otherwise, it will feel a bit crowded. You can walk to Nishiki Market, Kamogawa, and Gion!A 5-second walk from the building is the little-known hidden gem restaurant, Omakaya, recommended by the Michelin Guide. You can enjoy Kyoto's ancient capital cuisine right outside your accommodation, and the prices are also very reasonable. It's a rare local experience. In addition, there is an old Machiya gourmet restaurant street [Kagariya Koji Kaikan] less than a minute's walk to the right of the building, where you can also taste famous local dishes. There is a 7-Eleven downstairs, about 3 minutes on foot, and [Gisan Supermarket], which has the best value for money in all of Kyoto, with a wide variety of fresh produce, seafood, fruits, and bread, and prices that are more affordable than nearby supermarkets. The elevator is convenient for large luggage and baby carriages. Multiple rooms can be booked for friends and family traveling together. The advantage of our building is that there are four different rooms on each floor, and they are very close to each other. It is very convenient if a group of friends and family are coming together.
