This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

Opened in the spring of 2022. Private lodging for one group per day. Close to Kyoto Station. you can get to almost anywhere in the city without changing trains or buses. Great place to stay. Walking distance from Kyoto station, though may be arduous for some people with luggage. Accessible by bus - abt 2 stops away and there’s plenty of buses that can get you around the vicinity. There’s a Lawson nearby so it was easy to get snacks, drinks etc. Peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. The room is a typical size in Japan but we loved that it was clean, well-maintained and we had access to Netflix on TV! There is no cooking space; only a shared microwave in the corridor and a coffee machine at L1. Hosts were extremely helpful and detailed with their instructions 👍 Thank you so much!
