Ryokan vacation rentals in Shikoku

Wir haben uns sofort total wohl gefühlt. Das schöne Haus verfügt über ganz viele liebevolle Details. Fans und Freunde von Pikachu, Super Mario und Co kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten. Für 2 Personen hat das Haus seeeehr viel Platz geboten, sodass wir gar nicht alle Räume genutzt haben. Der Kontakt zu Ryu und seiner Familie war total nett. Ryus Eltern haben uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt, sodass wir unsere Rucksäcke nicht tragen mussten - das war Ultra lieb! Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Ryu zu Gast sein wollen.

I had a nice 2 nights stay in Hisaya's place and I must say it was a lovely place to stay at as a solo traveler. It is located right next to a tram station and in a very quiet and quaint neighbourhood. It was situated in the middle of Miyajima Island and Hiroshima City itself so it was honestly perfect if you intend to spend a good solid day in Miyajima Island. The room was very clean and cosy with A/C and the shared toilet was very clean and comfortable as well. Great place to stay and very worth the price you paid for.

This place is awesome! Super traditional home close to one of the coolest places in Japan. The house was exactly as described and pictured. Our hosts were great and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Kumi’s place is just delightful with a traditional Japanese design and decor. There was a mixup at check-in which resulted in us getting a fantastic room with 2 huge areas and private shower room. WC and vanities just down the hall and use of the kitchen for breakfast a time saver. You are quite close to a main road and the train line, but the high wall helps cut noise levels. If coming from the station I would recommend taking the slip road on the left after the Chinese Restaurant (good!) instead of walking in the tailings of the main road which is pretty rough on your luggage wheels. As a stay, just lovely and quick and easy to get to the port to Myajima Island. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house, the most beautiful in the area... very comfortable to stay.

初めての利用でしたが、寝室、シャワールーム、トイレすべて清潔で気持ちよく眠る事が出来ました！ 夜もいい出会いがあり楽しく過ごす事が出来たので、香川県に来られる方にはおすすめします＾＾

Wow! My stay at Aki's has been one of the most special I've had (and I've had a lot of good stays). Starting before I booked and even after I checked out, Aki was always so flexible, friendly, proactive, responsive, and thorough (plus, she sent me an incredible guide on her home and all of Teshima and even picked me up from dinner one day even though I told her I was happy to walk). Her home is magic—so thoughtfully designed for aesthetics and comfort that I wish I could live there forever—and so are the homemade jams she leaves for her guests in the fridge and all the food she prepares at Commune Café (you have to eat there!). Her cats, Toto chan and Lily chan are super sweet (obviously they take after Aki), too! And the location is incredible, less than 10 minutes from both Karato Port and Les Archives du Cœur. Bonus: I was able to be on video calls for remote work and the wifi was impeccable. Do yourself a favor and book Aki's home!
