The ultimate hideaway to escape the noisy, busy city, and spend time quietly with family, loved ones, and close friends, just watching the sea. I created this accommodation because I wish there was a place like this. ☆This is not a hotel. We want you to think about how you want to spend your time. On sunny days, enjoy morning coffee on the large wooden deck. In the cold winter, warm up with a wood stove, and make and eat a delicious meal yourself. Play your favorite music, and read surrounded by books lining the walls. Take a walk to Gero Station while catching a glimpse of life in Gero. Fishing at sea, picking azaleas, bamboo shoots, and wild potatoes in the mountains, and eating them yourself. Long stays are recommended. Based at Shimonada Cabin, it is about an hour's drive to Matsuyama City. 2.5 hours to Shimanto River. 3 hours to Shikoku Karst. Shopping can be done in Iyo City or Nagahama Town, or you can buy from local fishmongers and greengrocers and cook for yourself. Of course, you can also eat at a nearby restaurant if you book. Anyway, I want you to relax at Shimonada Cabin. One night is too wasteful. I recommend at least 2 days. It is a place that can be enjoyed in good weather or bad.

Libertà, a vacation rental house with a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea

A private rental accommodation facility, limited to one group per day, has opened along the coast near Shimonada Station in Iyo City, Ehime Prefecture. The beautiful, clear blue sky and ocean stretch out before you as far as the eye can see.　A calm space is created with plaster as the base. With a panoramic view of the Seto Inland Sea and the sea right in front of you, you can cook in the stylish kitchen on the first floor while watching the sunset. On the second floor, you can create while watching the sunset on the terrace. There is one queen-sized bed.　One Koala sofa bed that converts to a queen size bed. There is one AirWeave double bed on the second floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Breakfast includes natural yeast bread and Rodan coffee. For tableware, we use the work of local artists such as Mustakibi and Ryusenkama. For towels, we use Iori towels from Imabari Towel.　We use linen sheets. If you need dinner, you can use the adjacent Shioji restaurant exclusively for guests. Transportation to and from the station is free. We will provide you with a wonderful, rich, and memorable time. Enjoy a villa with stunning views of the Seto Inland Sea like no other.

As time passes, the scenery gradually changes. Just looking outside and doing nothing, Before they know it, their attention shifts to their own senses. It's a place where time like that passes. For BBQ, a gas grill is provided. Please purchase food and beverages at a supermarket or similar establishment on the island. Spending time around a fire outdoors helps you connect with nature and engage in conversation. Since this is a private rental accommodation with just one group at a time, You can spend time at your own pace without worrying about your surroundings. A sauna (additional charge) is also available. Warm up and feel the breeze outside. This house is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern making it convenient but also authentically Japanese. Mountains and ricefields are beside you, the Shimanto River can be heard. The ground floor is all yours. It's spacious with a large tatami sleeping room that can become two. The A/C is only in one room if the doors are closed. There is no central heating. Restaurants are within 10min or you can prepare local foods in your own equipped kitchen. It’s designed for long and short stays.

Tokuto is a newly renovated private mansion built in the 1940s on Teshima. It is conveniently located about 15mins walk from Ieura Port. Enjoy the luxurious architecture of the past, such as the authentic hand blown window glass, Onigawara (Japanese gargoyle roof tiles), and the beautiful gardens with an abundance of stone lanterns.
