Overall, it was a great Airbnb stay, and the hosts were really great.The location is very convenient, very close to Wamachi Station, and adjacent to a large shopping street that runs to Takamatsu Station.We walked to Takamatsu Station, but it's also easy to use trains and buses, making it convenient for those who don't want to walk.There are many attractive shops and restaurants nearby, and it has excellent access to tourist destinations such as Kuriyama Park. Airbnb itself was very comfortable, and the hosts were so kind that it was the best I've ever had.They confirmed the arrival time in advance and handled the early check-in comfortably.The host greeted us upon arrival and kindly showed us around the facility.Both were very kind and polite, and communication went smoothly. It was fully equipped and had everything we needed.The bed was a luxury Simmons and I slept very comfortably.The kitchen is easy to use and has all the tools you need for cooking.There were also amenities that women in particular would appreciate, such as lotion and face cleanser, and the host's thoughtfulness was felt throughout.There were even things you don't often see at other Airbnbs, like dishcloths, cleaning sheets, and paper towels.I stayed for more than a week, and there were plenty of towels and toilet paper, so I had no problems. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance to visit Takamatsu again, and I can confidently recommend this Airbnb to others.

Unit is very spacious. Near to restaurants, bus stops and convenience stores. Convenient location. All listed amenities are there.

Best Airbnb experience I had ever. The place is even nicer than the photos. Yuko-san is also quite communicative and ready to help.

The house is spacious and nice. There was a separate bedroom and 3 beds and a living room, so it was nice to come back to the accommodation, have a drink, and sleep. It is a little far from downtown Matsuyama. (Approximately 10-15 minutes on foot) However, it was right in front of the station, so it was convenient to use transportation. It was very different from the location stated in the first Airbnb app. Still, the distance from downtown was similar, so it wasn't too bad. Overall, I was satisfied, and I intend to use it again if I go to Matsuyama again next time.

-The location is only 900 meters from Yokogawa station, which is about a 10-minute walk. Also around is very close the peace memorial park, genbaku-dome, Shukkien garden, the stadium of the team Sanfreece Hiroshima. -Located 1.2km from Hiroshima Bus Center, very convenient to walk to many places around the city, in addition to being very close to Lawson. -Located in direction near Miyajima island (30min by JR Sanyo towards Iwakuni direction). -If I have a chance to visit Hiroshima again, I will definitely think of this apartment first.

This is a beautiful place right on the ocean as pictured. The interior is modern and comfortable and the hosts provide ample towels and amenities. The location is excellent, with a Coop supermarket about 10-min walk away, a picturesque small harbor even closer, and Kashima just a 3-min ferry ride away. The village of Hojo is very nice (atmospheric alleys, wooden houses, beautiful shrines, some fields, small fruit stands, great waterfront) and interesting to explore on foot. Side trips to Kashima with its deer and beautiful forest, as well as a short train ride to Matsuyama City with its beautiful castle were also great. The hosts Masahiro and Marie always responded to queries promptly in a friendly manner and even left us a delicious treat, which was super nice of them. Highly recommended, we would love to visit again.

The place was cozy,around 12-15 mins walk from the station.The neighbourhood was quiet.3 mins walk to a supermarket. The host was responsive and friendly,sent a drive to pick us up at the station. As the building was currently under renovation so we didn’t use the balcony. Overall the stay was pleasant.

This is the best place to stay! The location was so nice, the room was clean, and it was nice that it was separated into 2! The bathroom is clean, the TV is big and really nice! You can have breakfast every day at the cafe on the first floor during your stay, and you can choose from a variety of menus! It wasn't noisy even when I 🩷😀🩷 slept at night! The owner of the house was really kind and did well until the end, so I had a comfortable stay! If you're going on a trip to Takamatsu and going to Naoshima and Shodoshima, it's especially a really, really good place to stay, so you won't regret it if you choose this place!!! Highly recommended!

This place is suitable for staying with a baby. The living room and bedroom are separated and it's clean overall. It was in a great location for traveling on foot, and it was convenient to use the restaurants and cafes nearby. However, there was a hospital nearby, so I often heard the sound of ambulances, and at night, there was a little noise from vehicles passing by on the road. Still, it wasn't very uncomfortable. This is the place I'd like to stay again when I come back to Matsuyama.

The location is convenient, closing to the bus stop and only takes 12mins to the kawaramachi station. Koi welcomed us with great hospitality and support. I appreciate everything she provided.

I stayed at Shizuka's place for 10 days for family holiday. Her place and hospitality made us want to stay longer! It made our holiday the most memorable. Accesibility to city center, shopping, supermaket, restaurants, cafes and nearby sightseeing spots are extremely good yet you can feel local easiness. Everything in the house is well thought and arranged. I cannto stress enough how much we enjoyed Takamatsu. Thank you so much, Shizuka.

Great little place to stay, bus is close, good food is close too.

The place is also close to downtown, so even if I drank until late at night, it was very good because the hotel was close!! The room was clean and the bed was fluffy and great.

Absolutely beautiful stay and within walking distance of all major Hiroshima landmarks. If needing to go further out, there are plenty of easily accessible public transportation to get you there. The room was absolutely wonderful, gave great views and probably the best of my entire stay in Japan (and past stays!). I will more than likely check for this one again in the future on any returns I make.

Perfect place for 5 adults overnight stay - small, with narrow steep stairs but big cupboard storage inside lower floor rooms. Could hear trains next door but didn’t disturb anyone’s sleep. We only contacted on day and all was fine and host v helpful. Thank you

The room is very clean, the hot water is sufficient, the location is 100 meters away from the commercial street, you can walk to the transportation hub, and the airport bus is also in it, come back next time

We stayed for 3 days but were very comfortable.I noticed the footsteps and voices of other guests, but they delivered earplugs and were helpful. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.Thank you very much.
