Monthly Rentals in Sherwood

This was a great place to stay in Sewanee. We were in town for a wedding, and Susan’s place was really convenient, basically walking distance from everything we needed. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as amazing as the first! The space is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We especially love how peaceful it is—perfect for unwinding. Be sure to check out the charming nursery next door—it’s such a lovely bonus!

If it wasn’t for your great directions we would not have found it because there was no address posted at end of driveway We want to thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful house. It’s a piece of heaven on earth. We will definitely be back!

This place was the sweetest, cleanest, coziest little nook! Our family of 5 was meant to rest here each night after two day passes to Bonaroo, but the music festival got cancelled. Instead, we enjoyed a very unexpected laid back weekend in Winchester! Thankfully we had everything we needed between the walking distance Dollar General and great restaurants nearby. Rafael’s Italian was fantastic, the food does not reflect the low pricing whatsoever! I should also mention this place has the comfiest soda bed I’ve ever felt (don’t think I’ve ever felt that way about any soda bed before this place actually 🤣) and every bed and couch in the place is super comfortable. We had more than enough blankets and effective/adjustable a/c. The host was very responsive and the place is stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
