Beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, spacious home. Roku TV, fast internet, large yard where you can see the sunrise in the back of the home and the sunset in the front of the home. Very close to the lake (less than 10 minute drive), close to many great nature spots, and University of the South, Downtown Winchester area, and the famous Jack Daniels Distillery. 8 people can be comfortably accommodated, and if extra sleeping arrangements are needed, we have a comfy couch! Great cabin located directly on Tims Ford Lake. Cabin has been updated and includes nice, well stocked kitchen as well as a deck (with grill). Enjoy our dock - fish, swim and use our two kayaks, paddle board and a canoe. Plenty of space to tie your boat up to our dock in a mostly private cove. Just Around the Corner

You will love this duplex centrally located in town off the square by the old jail for all the history buffs. It is a historical landmark overlooking the lake. I know the family that lived upstairs in the old jail and their father was the jailer. They have a lot of old stories to tell. It is within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery store, shops and businesses on the square and it is pet friendly! It can sleep 6, 2 Queen beds and a couch that pulls out to a full size bed.

I’ve probably stayed at over 100 Airbnb’s over the years and this one is definitely in the top three overall. Fully stocked, spotless, convenient, responsive host, and just a wonderful property. Right across the street from the community pool and the lake. Literally couldn’t ask for a better place for a relaxing weekend with families.

This home was beautiful and comfortable. Perfectly fitted with everything you need and more! The greened in back porch was heaven. The only tiny thing- I wish I had read closer bc while the house was on the lake, you don’t have direct access to walk to the water from the yard as I originally thought. By no means did it ruin the stay, that would have just made it absolutely perfect. Wonderful house, very easy to deal with and helpful owner, definitely recommend!!

This was a great place. The boat ramp was super close and the covered boat dock was great. The house was clean with plenty of room for my mom's 70 birthday celebration and Memorial Day (the 9pm neighborhood curfew would have been nice to know prior to booking but we made it work). The description and pictures were exact as shown and described. We are definitely gonna to book again in the near future. Great job Derek!!!

Veronica was great to work with, quick to respond and helpful with any questions. They have thought of everything in the house. From extra flip flops and a first aid kit to bath robes and bug spray they had it all covered. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay. Place was clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and have coffee. We really enjoyed the air hockey table, too. Was spacious and suited our needs. Grocery and restaurants were close too. Thank you for a great stay!
