Location, location - accessible to everything. Loved sitting out on the back deck that was shaded and enjoying nature with my family. Smart TV in the bedroom was a bonus! Large shower. Fully stock kitchen - beautiful hardwood floors - bathrooms updated! Ample seating. Would definitely stay again. Host was available and very responsive with any questions.

The house was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed and the covered back porch was a treat!

We had a wonderful & quick stay at The Baker’s home! We really needed a place to crash on our road trip from San Antonio to St. Louis and this was the perfect home for that! It was very clean and had everything we could need and we got to bring our pup with us! Highly recommend staying at this home if you’re passing through! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Really clean, beautifully decorated apartment, easy to check in, Nathan was super prompt in responding to any needs and was on top of everything from start to finish. Black out curtains in bedroom are great, ample closet space, kitchen is excellent, and a very comfy couch!

I had a great stay at Kyle’s place! He was very nice and responsive to any questions I had! Everything was very clean and put together. The beds were super comfortable! I had a wonderful time!

Lori‘s place was absolutely adorable and in a perfect location. There was even an event going on a few blocks away with increased traffic and people directing cars and we still had street parking right in front of the apartment. She was super proactive and responsive. Would recommend her apartment to anyone.

Michael was amazing at being responsive, just seconds to fix any issue. Would highly recommend to any travelers, and he will welcome your dur babies

Gorgeous neighborhood, lots of local spots within walking distance, and adorable vintage space with modern luxuries. My host thought of everything, down to charging cables for all devices.

It was a wonderful spot with a very quiet street and a very walkable area with plenty of activities. Will defiently be booking again!

Absolutely loved staying here! Very easy to find, felt like i was walking back in time which I loved. It was a neat and cozy place.

Enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone staying in or around downtown Little Rock. The residence was very well maintained and comfy. Close to the River Market and Convention Center, but far enough away to enjoy a nice quiet stay. View from the terrace is great as well.

The unit was clean, confortable and cozy. We had an extended stay and felt right at home from day 1. The host was wonderful and kind. Stacie had to make a change to my original reservation location months ago, and she immediately contacted me and offered this location, which was great!!! I enjoy the rental relationship we've developed and her places feel so homey and are so peaceful. I truly feel like a guest and feel so welcomed and can't wait to rent again during annual visit/event. Best host ever!!
