Great spot from which to explore Little Rock. Food and drinks are around any corner and anything you would want to do is a short drive. The house is well appointed and comfortable. Our group was three adults. All beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space inside and out to visit with your travel companions. We will rent this location again if we return.

The pictures doesn’t even come close to how beautiful the home is. Nicholas was super nice and very helpful helping me out when I didn’t know how to check in. He answered really quickly. This was my first Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and every time I come to Arkansas now that is where I will be staying.

This is a great house to rent for family or a group of friends. There were 3 bedrooms with different sized beds in each. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom; the other bathroom is in the hallway for the two other bedroom guests to use. The master bedroom had cute swan towels, and the bathroom towels and toilet paper also had cute decor. Bedroom closets had robes and slippers. There was a welcome basket of snacks with waters in the fridge, and the house rules were in a folder on the dining room table. The outdoor pool was cold, but that was expected with the weather. There were pool floats, noodles, and a beach ball. The pool table and couches are located downstairs. You cannot use the outdoor or indoor fireplaces, and the arcade game is out of order. The location was perfect right behind Trader Joes and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay!

This was the perfect place for our family get together. Angela quickly responded to all of my inquiries. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful setting.

The communication between the host and I was exceptional. We had a large family come into town for a granddaughter's first birthday, and the spaciousness was perfect for us!

My family and I stayed a couple of nights in this beautiful and spacious home. It was everything we wanted and needed to enjoy a relaxing weekend for all of us. The lake view was amazing from the entire house. We definitely want to come back. The master bedroom had the adjustable bed with massage. It was very nice.

Loved staying at Carens cozy lil house! It was very homey and we all slept great. The backyard was probably my favorite part with the beautiful tree and green grass 😊

Such a pretty and cozy home. Short drive to restaurants and shopping areas. Ms. Arianna was so nice and always responded to messages in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Tammy’s place was amazing! I would definitely stay here again. I will say, there was dog hair on the carpets & furniture that made our allergies act up but over all, it was still very clean. The twin beds were uncomfortable but the two queen beds were extremely comfy to sleep in! The two bathrooms were such a + in my book. Great place!! Love it so much & it was so comfy/homey!

Great house with all the amenities of home! Our host, Damon, was excellent with all communications. The house had everything we needed inside and there were several outdoor spaces to enjoy as well. The kitchen was spacious, so we were able to make some homemade meals for our family that are stationed at LRAFB. The location was close to LRAFB and close to many restaurants, parks, and grocery stores. The neighborhood was quiet with kind neighbors. The home was clean, well kept, and comfy. We look forward to our next visit!

Her place was beautiful! Hosted our family well, would recommend to anyone was 4+ guests. It accommodated us perfectly. Had to cook a couple times so it was nice to have utensils and cups/bowls there for us and the beds were comfy! Thanks for for allowing us to stay!

The house at Park Hill is welcoming, comfortable, and precisely what the photos show. The host is responsive and gave clear and thorough instructions. We love this place, will be back again and again. We understand why it's booked so often. If you are considering booking, do NOT wait until the last minute, bookings are typically back to back without much vacancy. Rightfully so! Enjoy!

Really enjoyed our stay! The house was spotless and nicely decorated. Beds were super comfortable and having gated parking in the back was a big plus. Everything was easy and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfy with a modern twist. The house is located in an older peaceful neighborhood close to downtown. The inside has been modernized with some lovely details. The pictures online are great but they do not do this little gem justice. Like most of the reviews stated, the beds are comfortable with a large shower and bath tub to enjoy in the master. It was the kitchen that we enjoyed the most with it's high-end appliances (Bosch fan club). Seasoning and cooking oils were available for use. Jeanette thought of everything! My husband and I are in agreeance that this was the most comfortable stay we have experienced so far through Airbnb.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The house is older, but the vintage charm and character made it feel cozy and unique, just like the peaceful neighborhood it’s in. Everything was quiet and relaxing, which was exactly what I needed. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the Brita filter in the fridge. It’s a great spot to unwind and feel at home.

Our group of 10 women selected this home as a place to stay overnite before our long weekend retreat nearby. We couldn't have been more pleased with this gorgeous location! From the serene surroundings, nestled in a semi-secluded wooded area, to the amazingly beautiful bedrooms & common areas, we had more than enough room for all of us to spread out & feel comfortable, without feeling the least bit crowded. And that kitchen!! So well appointed, with all the best dishes, utensils, appliances - even more than enough coffee for all of us! The gorgeous deck provided a perfect spot for us to enjoy the evening air & morning coffee & the beds were some of the most comfy we've ever experienced. Checkout, while sort of early, couldn't have been more simple, especially compared to other places we've stayed in the past. Our only regret was that we were only there for one nite. Definitely adding this to our list of future accommodation options!

very cute and spacious house in a nice neighborhood. I loved the thoughtful decorating in this place and also loved their boardgame selection! The front porch is an especially nice place to hang out and enjoy the afternoon. This house is very well suited for people with pets or children, we didn't have either, but appreciate the eye to detail. The front entrance has multiple steps to get to, but the back entrance only had about 5 and the back entrance includes parking. The house is one level and the main bedroom has a shower you can step into so it is likely a good place for people who have mobility concerns.

This home was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! We had a total of 4 couples & each one of us definitely recommend. Space and comfort was excellent. Ice maker was great. Location was a plus. I can't say enough of this place. Weather caused a few inconveniences 2 days during our stay, but Crys did a phenomenal job communicating & keeping us updated. We did not get to fully enjoy due to weather so we will be returning soon. We look forward to enjoying the backyard. Thank you so much for sharing this home with us, Crys. You're a fantastic host!

Nicole's place was very clean and comfortable. Decorated very nicely. She's very friendly. She had everything i needed. Everything looked new or was very well kept so, please help her maintain that if you stay in her home. When i go back to Arkansas to visit, her home will be our go to airbnb!! Thank you Nicole!!
