Mathilda was an amazing host! I had to book her place last minute due to another Airbnb having a mold issue and not matching the description. I was in a panic and Mathilda was responsive right away and made me feel at home after an uncomfortable situation. Her place is a nice size and very pristine and quiet. I loved hearing the sounds of nature every day and she was responsive any time I had a question or needed anything. She is such a kind and warm, caring person and I would stay with her again in a heartbeat. The area is also very safe and family oriented, and central to everything and when I got back at late hours due to my rehearsal schedule it was easy to get in. You will not regret your stay with her, she deserves more than 5 stars! I’m now moving to LA!

Comfortable apt with nice private outdoor sitting area. Walkable neighborhood within easy walk of Ventura Blvd. Chris was very proactive in communications and made it easy to check in.

Great location. Food stores and restaurants were close by. Very safe location. Big plus was having the parking space in the garage. Very friendly neighbors in the building. Dog friendly building. There was a pool but we didn’t get the chance to use it. The pool was kept up and cleaned. Laundry room on second floor was a big convenience. The kitchen had pots, pans, dishes, bowls, plates, and utensils, along with toaster and blender in case you wanted to cook. The stove, microwave, and refrigerator were all clean and spotless. Jason and Erika were always very quick to answer any questions. I stayed there for 30 days and Erika did send texts to see if everything was OK and if we needed anything. Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Kendra and Eric are heart-centered hosts who truly are welcoming. From arrival to departure their care made my stay memorable. I highly recommend staying with them.
