We came to Sheridan to visit our daughter for Christmas. David’s property was perfect for that. It was a warm and convenient home base and the perfect size for the two of us. The neighborhood was peaceful and the apartment clean and comfortable, containing everything we needed for our stay. If you’re looking for a temporary home for your visit to Sheridan or Westfield, David’s apartment is a diamond in the rough.

Jim is a great host for this nice, quiet, little unit that was well equipped with everything I might have needed for my month-long stay. The outside patio is great with a grill, overlooking the quiet greenspace. Big plus is walkability to restaurant, brewery, coffee, and the new rail-trail.

This place was spotless , and very well furnished. Stayed here while working at the battery plant in Kokomo and I 10/10 recommend it . The hosts are very good people and very accommodating, overall great stay !

Drew was very responsive and accommodating. His space was immaculate, and he was quick to reply with the questions I had. I will definitely be back!
