Monthly Rentals in Sheridan

Rita’s place was my home away from home during my contract in Indy. It’s a cute, tiny abode with peaceful surroundings. I was impressed by how clean and neat the entire unit was. I appreciate Rita for going above and beyond to accommodate the length of my stay. Though there was a miscommunication with the entire duration of my stay, I could have prevented it if I reverified with her accordingly. But overall, I enjoyed staying in the unit, and oh I most enjoyed and appreciated how comfy the bed this unit has! 😀

We had a wonderful stay at John and Kate’s guest house! The space was spotless, modern, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property itself is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful, and we loved how serene the surroundings felt. One of the highlights was their adorable puppy, Buster, who had a great time playing with our dog, Rizzo! John and Kate were both warm and easy to talk to, and they made us feel right at home. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a restful and pet-friendly stay.

Great spot, perfect for the wife and I. Large space to spread out. Easy to get in and out of.

Had a great stay. One of the bedrooms does not have an AC unit but the rest of the place did.
