This brand new recently remodeled 1200 square foot space has it all. Open space concept with living room, bar, treadmill , foosball table, newly enlarged bedroom, and beautiful huge bathroom. Own entrance with spacious patio with view of backyard forest. All pets are welcomed at no extra cost. They love the big fenced backyard to run and play. We do have dogs of our own and they interact with our guests pets, if you would like. This space is 15 minutes away from downtown KCMO. No cleaning fee

There is highway noise when you are outside. It's in the country but close to all that KC has to offer.

We were very comfortable in Beth's home, and thanks to her thorough instructions and information, we knew just what to expect. The bed is wonderful, and it was so nice to have our own little refrigerator along with a topnotch Keurig coffeemaker in the room. I appreciated the darkening shades, and enjoyed watching the rabbits in the back yard after raising the shades and sitting in the upholstered chair at the window in the morning. Very clean bathroom and good shower also. And a big plus that Beth provides breakfast foods as well. We heartily recommend staying with Beth!

We had the best time staying in Patricia's home! Not only were the accommodations exactly what we expected, but the company was above and beyond! Patricia had so many great stories, took the time to get to know us, and asked us what our plans were offering up many great suggestions! The afternoon tea, the AMAZING DELICIOUS breakfasts, plus the guest fridge with water always available. No matter the time of the day there was something special! I cannot wait to visit another time and stay with Patricia again! I am planning to bring my mom for a mother/daughter weekend! Thank you again, Patricia!!

Casey is a great host and is both friendly and very responsive to messages! And she has all those little extra things that make a comfortable stay - extra blankets, shampoo, coffee, and the kitchen has all the seasonings and kitchen supplies if you decide to stay in and cook a meal. We had a pleasant stay, thank you!
