Would highly recommend this spot to anyone who's looking to find a place in Atlanta! the house was well stocked and just what we needed. Our host Amy even went out of their way to provide a pack n play and high chair to make our stay even better. Everything felt like 10-20 min drive depending on where we wanted to go.

Liudmila’s place was exactly how described! Even though there were a couple of mishaps, she communicated and accommodated us! The place was clean, spacious and up to date! Every time we come into town, most definitely will stay here again! Thank you again!

We had a great time and loved the location on Lake Sinclair. We docked our rental boat at the dock located on property. The family loved using the hot tub and sunning on the dock. The house had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that provided privacy for all in my group of 4. The house was in immaculate condition and all the 5 star reviews I read were justified. Thank you so much Val for making this property a top place to stay on Lake Sinclair.

Such a great home in a great location. Close enough to everything at UGA and downtown Athens, but far enough away to have a more homey suburban feel. The beds are super comfortable, the giant sofa (not pictured) is awesome for lounging, all of the provided entertainment (pool table, foosball table etc) is a real bonus and the backyard is so large and private. It is perfect for morning coffee especially with the birds chirping and the deer wandering through. I will definitely book this home again for future trips to Athens.

The house was amazing. I loved how they had the bathroom and bedrooms linens setup when you walk in. I wish it wasn't cold so we could have experienced the pool, but the Jacuzzi was nice. I am definitely going to come back when it gets warm so I can get in the pool. Overall we had a great time.

I loved my stay there if I could have stayed longer I would have. It’s definitely a home away from home very clean and comfy!! Our host was very responsive and was able to accommodate us on any questions or things that we may have needed! We really found a perfect stay in Mrs. Luxe's apartment. First of all, it has a perfect location. It is close to everywhere in the city. There are Target shopping malls and many options for food nearby. The apartment we stayed in is extremely clean and the facilities offered are excellent. There is a secure indoor parking space for your car. My wife and I were very happy to stay in such a perfect apartment. We were not disturbed in any way, we were very impressed by the extremely polite and helpful behavior of the landlady Mrs. Luxe. I recommend everyone to stay in such a cute, beautiful and five-star apartment.

Beautiful home that feels like a true retreat. The home is well laid out and had everything we needed. The land, the dock and the views were just beautiful. We also loved the screened in porch! Homi Spaces was beautiful. The pics described the property perfectly. Mymy and Christina were wonderful and responsive hosts. They kept the property clean, offered their help and made us feel at home. They provided extras like detergent and snacks. The property was clean and comfy for my family. I would definitely recommend this spacious property to anyone visiting the Atlanta Metro area. I would definitely rent again.

Staying at Megan's was wonderful It is so peaceful in the woods... The, home itself was super comfortable and everything was so clean and new and being able to cook and watch TV on the huge screen was fabulous. The beds were very comfortable and I had some peaceful rest and also the bath tub is HUGE !!! I would highly recommend staying at this home and I have stayed in many as i travel for my company and this is in my TOP 5 !! Please don't hesitate just book it ..I am staying again in 2 weeks !! Our stay was great and very fun! The property is very large and private. It was very comfortable for a large group and there were lots of water activates as well as lots to do inside. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we had a wonderful weekend.

We stayed for four nights. The home is close to many local attractions. Lucas resolved a small issue immediately and was super friendly to work with. The set up is great for kids with lots to entertain them. We were bummed the pool doesn't open until May, which is understandable. If you are planning for a place to stay during Spring Break with a pool, be sure to note the pool is not open yet in April. The bedroom layout was very functional and the beds are comfortable. We would stay again.
