Watch from your deck as the Mt. Marathon racers make their way from the heart of downtown Seward up the road into the mountain. Enjoy the entire house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Experience the Alaska lifestyle in our cozy, ON-grid yurt. Nestled a short walk up on the hillside, you'll be serenaded by squirrels and watch the trees rustling overhead from your new firm memory foam bed. Far from "roughing it", this yurt has all the amenities: hot and cold running water, electricity, a full kitchen and a full size shower. While there is a composting toilet inside the yurt, if you'd like to stick to a "normal" toilet, there is also a shared restroom near the parking area.

If you're wanting something a little different than a hotel room, come stay in our yurt nestled at the back of our property. There are mountain views right outside the door. Located only a short distance to the Seward boat harbor and Kenai Fjords national park. The yurt features a skylight to lay in bed and view the sky, electric fireplace, water cooler, coffee maker, as well as a shared bath house with full size shower, vanity and toilet. Sit out on the deck and relax, or next to the fire.

We loved our stay! It was perfect for our short trip to Seward. Across the street from the beach and has beautiful views from your bed. Kelly Ann and Matt have such an awesome spot and we’d love to stay again!

Loved the little place. So cute and peaceful. Just the right size for a little weekend getaway. Perfect location. Close to everything. Super helpful and kind host! Will stay again next time we're going to Seward.

We loved our stay! It was a great central location for going downtown and access to the small boat harbor. We’d love to stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay in Cooper Landing. Impressive accommodations in new construction. Amazing views from the home’s large outdoor patio and wonderful location in the mountains! Wish we had a longer visit for sure. Vince was very kind, responsive and helpful in recommending local dining and recreation. Hopefully we will return for another visit at some point in time and would highly recommend this rental for other future travelers.

She also gave us local recommendations and also helped us get some discount for our boat tour. Overall they were a friendly couple who made us feel at home in this place.

In the woods-hot tub & fire ring

Charming and quiet! Perfect place to relax and unwind. The kitchen was stocked very well, great fire pit, board games were a hit with our kids, and the hot tub was nice! Our family enjoyed our stay very much. Our host was great, very kind, responsive, and flexible with our check out time. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time! We loved the covered fire pit, which was ideal when it rained on our first day. The surrounding landscape and backyard view is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed listening to the creek and hiking around the water. The house is lovely and had everything we needed to be more than comfortable. The host Rebekah was very quick to respond to any questions leading up to our stay and during, but respected our privacy. Overall, an amazing place to stay! We would love to come back again next year if still in Alaska. Thank you!!

This cabin was absolutely incredible. The views are absolutely breathtaking!!! The drive from anchorage to this cabin was breathtaking as well every time you turn your head there is something new to look at. The cabin itself was very cozy and peaceful. We will definitely be staying here again when we return.
