Vacation rentals in Seville

Great place to stay for our family. Having a pack n play already at the condo made it that much easier for us. It’s not walking distance to the downtown strip but it’s only a short drive. We liked the quieter location with our toddler. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay, even beach chairs and toys. We will definitely be back!

This was a very nice, well designed and put together place to stay. It has a nice view of the waves on the beach and of the pool. It is very clean and well designed and organized. It was well stocked with everything we might have needed. It is a short walk to a restaurant with a bar. The beach is only a few steps away over the dune. The pool is a salt water pool, which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise! I would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were so thoughtful and accommodating! This area is adorable and the location can’t be beat!

This condo is a perfect spot for a peaceful, stress-free get-away. Actual condo is beautifully decorated with unique art and furniture is clean and comfortable. The facilities are kept pristine - the grounds are well kept and the pool overlooking the ocean has plenty of lounge chairs, tables and chairs. We did not use the laundry facilities, but they were tidy and easy to use via debit/credit card- no needing a roll of quarters like the "old days" when in college! Beautiful condo with no unwelcome surprises and plenty of beauty and R&R.

We had an amazing time! My best Friend and I came down with my two kids (ages 8,6) for spring break. Place was just as described. Was clean, and cutely decorated with a beach theme. Had some games for the kids as well. There was a list of great recommendations for things to do and restaurants close by. I had a few questions and host was very friendly and quick to respond! Just a short walk to the beach, but located conveniently right across from the pool! Hot tub was nice and relaxing, located in the middle of the building on the first floor. If you’re driving I would recommend brining your own beach chairs, as the ones provided in the unit are not very comfortable. Beach is gorgeous!we loved staying on the beach and just a short drive to this historic downtown area. We highly recommend staying here! Definitely grab breakfast at island donuts!

This was a wonderful stay i love how quiet and private it was. 10/10 Recommend definitely won’t be disappointed. Also very kid friendly.

crescent Beach is away from the spring break crowds and super close to st. augustine. tip drive down to butler Beach and park instead of taking the walking park. while the walking path was easy, it seemed just as easy to take short drive to the beach with parking right next to the walkway to the beach. highly recommend if you saw not looking for crowds and paid parking :)

This is a great place to stay - we hope we will be able to stay here again next year. Everything is very clean and the house is very well stocked. Everything is clearly marked & Marc is extremely easy to work with. The house is in a great location - easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The only minor complaint I would have is with the sectional in the living room is well used and not as comfortable as the new furniture in the lanai. We would have used the lanai, but it was too cold while we were there. Of course Marc can't control the weather - if he could have I am sure he would have as everything else was perfect!!

Sue was a terrific communicator. Any time I had a question, she was quick to answer. The home was as described and very clean. Thanks for hosting us.
