We have the Park and golf course as our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens as our neighbours. Castle 'Lavender' Farm is a short walk too. Nearby there is a choice of quaint country pubs and the bars and restaurants of Sevenoaks are a short drive. There are lots of wonderful nearby country walks. Hever Castle, Chartwell House (Winston Churchill), & Down House (Charles Darwin) are just some of the attractions within a short drive.

The National Trust's Ightham Mote and Knole Park are also near by and the lovely town of Sevenoaks is a five minute car journey away.
