Extremely happy with our recent visit. We stayed here for a yoga retreat style weekend as a group of friends. The host was very helpful and gave us a tour on arrival and was on text messages if we needed anything. We brought our own yoga mats with us and did yoga on the decking with beautiful views surrounding us. We had a private chef cook us a meal - the kitchen was super modern and clean, dining tables outside and inside so if it's sunny you can make the most of the outdoor space. We visited local Yotes Court Vineyard for a tour which was fab and only 15 mins away by car. The property felt very clean and the facilities were perfect. Would 100% recommend and would visit again.

Emily and Daniel were brilliant hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their home is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean too. Their pool area is stunning so if you get the weather it’s a really lovely space to enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in this area, just be aware that the pool area is shared with their home. We were staying as did the Seven Sisters hike one day (40mins drive away). Thank you again for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. From the start Roni was so helpful with clear instructions and information. The fresh bread and other tasty foodstuffs we were provided were a welcome treat and made us feel right at home. The cottage itself is very cosy and we enjoyed spending time together in the warmly decorated living room. We all slept very well as the beds are really very comfortable. The views over the countryside were amazing and you could really feel a sense of the history of the place. We loved our stay at Ide Hill. This was the last Airbnb of a four week trip and it was a highlight for sure. We would absolutely recommend staying at this lovely cottage and experiencing the hospitality that Roni provides.

Staying in the Chapel was a very tranquil experience for us. The facilities were spot on and great quality. We slept wonderfully in the extremely comfy beds - I’m going to try to source the same pillows and mattress for us !! Roland’s communications were first class and everything we needed to know was clearly explained in the online instructions/manual. It was a nice touch having the washing machine and dishwasher pre-loaded with detergent etc. We will definitely return when visiting family in the future

A lovely stay at Phil & Emma's house in West Malling, highly recommended - we used it as a base to visit Leeds Castle over the bank holiday weekend with our children. Phil was really helpful, and made it easy for us to arrive and get settled quickly. The house is picture perfect in a lovely setting in West Malling with loads of great restaurants, pubs, cafes and coffee shops. I don't think I'll have a better Sunday roast than at the Swan! Highly recommended

We literally fall in love with the place and the region, which was so glorious at the time of the year. We would definitely want to come back! Lovely hosts, keen to give advices about the surroundings and things to do.

Lovely flat in a fabulous location. Would definitely recommend it. The local area had some lovely open spaces for walking along with some fab restaurants for dining and cocktails. Perfect for a weekend get away.

Everything about AirBnB experience with Maria for the Tunbridge Wells location was amazing and exceeded all expectations. I can say enough good things and would highly recommend booking with Maria. They sent us clear instructions for our stay and local shops and restaurants immediately following booking. Everything in the accommodation matched the description and photos, and was a lovely place to stay. The price was extremely good considering everything provided. We had a great stay for the weekend. The place was big (actually much bigger than the pictures I thought), super clean and really well stocked. The location was perfect, just up the road from the station, close to shops, restaurants and pubs. The kitchen was great and was fully stocked with all kitchen utensils meaning we could cook dinner on one of the nights we stayed. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Our first Airbnb, it was AMAZING. Sadly only able to stay for two nights. The accommodation was perfect in every way. We didn’t require any of the facilities other than two mugs, a kettle, a bed, and a bathroom as we were in the area to visit relatives for a function, however, there was everything supplied that could possibly be needed for a long holiday. The bedding, and everything else, was spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere, beautiful white towels. Could not find a single fault at all, and I’m not an easy person to please! Such a peaceful area. Thank you Alison for being such a gracious hostess

The place was easy to find and Theresa was very lovely, allowing us to drop our bags off early and letting me know when the place was ready for us, she was really friendly. The place was spotless, clean bedding and pristine bathroom, with lots of spare towels and toilet roll. The beds were comfy and the tv in the bedroom was great, the duvet for both beds smelt lovely and was fresh, definitely a comfortable night sleep. The sofa bed was easy to use since Theresa left the manual out for us, as well as providing all the codes to get in and the wifi password. There was plenty of sugar and tea. The milk and fresh water was a greatly appreciated touch after a long day in London. The journey to central London took a while, but nothing too bad at all. We came back late at night after a concert and the area was so quiet and felt really safe. A 24hrs m&s about a ten minute walk away was really helpful for a late night pit stop. Would definitely recommend!

Location was very important as we did not have a car and could walk to it friends place, restaurants and cafes.

Very good stay. Nice cosy place. Kids loved it. Was great to have the pull out bed downstairs Host was easy to reach and we had no problems at all The shower gels in the bathroom were a nice touch

We came for only a night but could have easily stayed longer. Beautiful location and immaculate home. We loved the view over the garden while having our morning coffee. Local pub- Blackboys Inn, is very good. A short drive, which we did due to weather, or a 30 min walk. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing place host was so helpful & responded right away such a peaceful area honestly felt right at home & will definitely be coming back!

This is the third time we stay here. Despite the years the place is well kept. It is convenient and meets our expectation.
