Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Sevenoaks District

Oak Cottage is a beautiful property with typical cottage feel and modern comfortable living features as seen in the pictures. Everything you needed was provided, with plenty of crockery, pans etc. a coffee machine, coffee pods a Cafetière, tea, including herbal teas & sugar all provided. There was milk, butter & bread in the fridge. Lovely details of Chocolates in a sweet tray on the dining room table and water bottles in the bedrooms. The bathroom and ensuite had hand soap and cream, shower gel, and plenty of towels were provided. Lorna was very helpful and responsive to our messages prior to our stay, we had no need to contact her during our stay. I would highly recommend Lorna & Oak Cottage.

We had a wonderful (albeit brief) stay at Jane’s beautiful home! The space was spotless, stylish, and so comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a real highlight, and we’re already looking forward to coming back and making the most of it next time. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to personal reasons, but Jane was incredibly understanding and kind about our situation. She was a fantastic host throughout—thoughtful, responsive, and welcoming. A special thank you for the delicious-looking marmalade waiting for us on arrival! We can’t wait to enjoy it at breakfast. Highly recommend Jane’s place for anyone looking for a peaceful and lovely escape. We hope to return soon!

Exceeded our expectations despite being beautifully presented. They bought us a bottle of champagne for our birthday and were extremely flexible and accommodating. Loved our stay thank you Marta and team.

Had a great time staying here. Stayed for a work trip with a colleague, lots of space and great that there are 2 en suites. Gave us privacy. Frances was a lovely and friendly host, really responsive with messages. The badgers were the icing on the cake! They were so so cute, loved putting food out and waiting for a sighting. The garden is beautiful and really peaceful. Beds were comfy and bad a great night's sleep. Will be back! X

What an exceptional and beautiful residence. Set in a nice peaceful area. The home is stunning and so tastefully done Even provided us with fresh eggs granola bread and milk! Bed was super comfy. Ben's place is absolutely beautiful. The property exceeded our expectations and has everything and more of what you need. Ben's communication and instructions were spot on. We had the perfect stay for my daughters wedding.

Amazing flat! Even better than the photos. Clear check-in instructions. The flat is very new, clean and spotless. Love the big sofas in the living room. Simple and beautiful decor, made us feel at home. There is street parking right next to the flat and there are always spaces available. My husband and I initially planned to park our car in a nearby car park, then turns out we can park our car on the street during the night. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Definitely recommend!

We needed somewhere to stay while finding a place to live in London. The flat was excellent and well equipped for our needs. Great place to stay.

Had a fabulous stay at Ben's place. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The studio was well equipped with everything you could want and the extra touches like the fresh milk were much appreciated after a long journey. A beautiful area and we loved watching the red kites flying and swooping in the skies above. All in all a fantastic place. Thanks very much for such a great weekend!

Very comfortable, clean, cosy apartment, very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for our brief stay, communication with Julia was excellent, and we will certainly book again when we are in the area.

Debbie was a great host from start to finish, super friendly and down to earth. The accommodation was great also, it had everything we needed and as described. We came to ride the local MTB trails and the location was perfect for it as well the accommodation. If your hiking you can do it straight from the accommodation to the local spots. Definitely would come back in the near future.

Worth every penny! We stayed here for 5 weeks while I did my cabin crew training at the CAE. Beautiful property just like the photos, squeaky clean, private and everything we needed to make it home!! Sarah is super responsive and helpful in every way. Clean linen and towels every week as promised, bed linen was so soft!! Brighton is a 20 minute drive & great for the weekends.. Sarah gave us lots of great recommendations, which we loved! Thank you so much again Sarah, you are a beautiful person inside and out!! Xx

The lodge is beautifully decorated and very clean. We did need help with something there, Charlotte and Billy were very quick to respond and resolved the issue in no time. It’s really spacious inside and all the lamps around really add a homely vibe. We had a lovely time and would definitely return!

A perfect stay! Frank, Niamh and Adam are so welcoming, you feel relaxed and at home immediately. The cabins were spotless and they really have thought of everything! The personal touches of homemade cake on arrival, homemade granola and compote were fab, so thank you. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Firesyde!

Had a lovely 2 nights here, was a perfect little peaceful break and ideal if you have a doggy. Full secure garden area was great to let our pup run around and not have to worry about getting out. The local pub that Jo has just taken over, Price of Wales is a really nice pub with great food and staff, which is walkable from the cabin. Had a really good stay thank you so much!

Little Hawthorn is absolutely stunning. Such attention to detail, Gary and Shona forgot nothing, everything you needed and more was there. Immaculate throughout and extremely comfortable. We loved it! A very generous welcome basket on arrival at Little Hawthorn, just what you need after a long journey. A lovely touch and very much appreciated. Larissa and her family are wonderful hosts. They welcomed us with fresh salad, eggs and homemade jam and gave us useful recommendations on local farm shops and pubs. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful countryside and we were lucky to spot a deer and a hare on our walks. We were a bit unlucky with the weather and and so we didn’t go in the swimming pool as much as we would have like but we still had great fun!! We had a really lovely time at Larissa’s cabin - we will surely come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin over the Easter weekend. Groombridge is a lovely, tucked away area and the cabin feels very remote and peaceful. Christopher made us feel very at home and I cannot recommend the pizza more! Perfect dough recipe. Comfortable sleeping and spacious for 7. Highly recommend ⭐️

Just back from a one night stay at the cabin. We were met by Daniel who was friendly welcoming. The cabin is in the garden tucked away. More specious than it appears on the photos. It was clean and tidy. Nice decor, bedding and towels. Tea, sugar and coffee pods provided. We took our own coffee and milk. We had visited Hatfield house so chose here as close. Definitely worth a visit. Beautiful inside and out. We ate at The Crooked Chimney pub just 5 mins away. Food was delicious. Slept very well as it was so peaceful at the cabin. We really enjoyed our stay here and Daniel was a good host, thank you.

Really lovely cabin and location, perfect stay for us and two dogs with the enclosed garden really convenient for this. Very clear instructions on how to find and so peaceful and a great short walk into the forest. Would love to return again soon.
