Vacation rentals with breakfast in Setubal

Amazing stay close to Porto Covo in small farm. Only 1h drive train from Lisbon. Very rural area and very peaseful and buitiful area. Only few minutes from ocean with amazing beaches and clifs and to hiking path Rota Vincenta. Nice small town nearby. Possiblibly to buy fresh egs and amazing vergetebales from Richard. Accomodation in typical cosy little houses of that region and very comfortable. Loads of sun and fresh air. I would like to come back back!

Wir waren begeistert!! Es noch viel schöner, als es auf den Fotos sichtbar war. Ein wunderschönes großes Grundstück, wo wir ganz privat für uns sein konnten. Auch der Pool mit Meeresblick war sauber und superschön! Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch das Haus war perfekt für uns. Von der Terrasse konnte man auf Avocado-, Feigen-, Oliven-, und Zitronenbäume blicken, mit dem Meer im Hintergrund. Wirklich wunderschön! Die Lage ist super (20-30 min zu Fuß in die Stadt oder runter zum Meer). Vielen vielen Dank für diese Zeit! Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Primaire benodigdheden aanwezig, wat heel fijn was. Mooi, schoon huis en heerlijke zwembad. Fijne communicatie met de host, snelle reactie. Wij hebben zeer zeker een fijne vakantie gehad in het huis.

Maria went above and beyond. From the check in with thoughtful fruits left in our room, to water provided.. She exceeded all expectations. Her house is so close to the main attractions in belem. This accommodation is amazing.

Excelente hospitalidade, pequeno almoço acima da média para espaços semelhantes. Precisão nas comodidades descritas e limpeza impecável. Fenomenal para passar uns dias em família longe da rotina frenética. Respeita todas as normas de distanciamento social imposta pela recente pandemia de COVID-19. Um espaço a voltar no futuro. Bem hajam.

Jose & Ester are lovely people and hosting with lots of love and great hospitality! The only thing we didn’t see before when we ordered was that it’s a shared home but the hosts was really understanding and didn’t bother us at all, and more than that, when they realized that we wanted our privacy at the pool and around the garden they let us feel that way and it was felt that they trying to give us privacy and space for our peace of mind in their home. Also the breakfast was really great and refreshing! In conclusion, besides our feel at the first minutes when we entered the house and figured out it’s a shared home, they really gave us the space and the privacy we needed and the hospitality of them was fantastic! Great home, amazing & understanding couple and finest hospitality! For sure we’ll be back to their house! Thanks a lot!

L environnement est très beau, le calme, 360 degrés sur la campagne un dépaysement total avec le chant des oiseaux, on a été très très bien accueilli, Joao et Anabel sont très gentils et de bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants. Allez y vous ne serez pas déçu

Staying at Barbara’s place really made our time in Lisbon the best it could possibly be! My friend and I stayed at her place for 4 months while we studied in Lisbon and it was perfect. It is such a short walk to the santos train station, and also very close to all the best areas of Lisbon to eat, drink, shop, and have fun! The apartment itself was super clean and has everything you need:) Barbara is such a kind and warm person, she will welcome you with open arms! She is super communicative, helpful and accommodating. She gave us clear instructions to help us find the place and helped us with everything else upon arrival. She could not have been a better host, we felt so safe and at home. Overall, I would recommend Barbara’s place for a stay in Lisbon to everyone! Also, make sure to ask Barbara about her Italian restaurant for your favorite meal in Lisbon… her and her husband are as good of chefs as they are hosts!!❤️

This house is so charming and rare find in Lisbon. But the acoustics are terrible -as is in most old buildings in Lisbon- so you can listen to everything that is happen on the street. The host is very generous and has available products and produce in the kitchen, I felt very much at home. The living room needs furniture and carpet updating. Overall a great stay!

Staying at Helena’s place was great and I highly recommend it! The place is so cosy and located in a residential and peaceful neighbourhood. The apartment comes furnished with everything you might possibly need and this is all thanks to Helena, as she provides all kind of supplies to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We just wanted to mention the beautiful view of a private court that you have in the bedroom, as this was a nice plus for us!🙂 The apartment is not far from the centre but can be a bit of a walk. We have used uber/bolt a lot as they are very cheap in this city and moved around without issues. If you decide to walk, it could be 10/15 up and down some steep streets! We really enjoyed the place and, if back in Lisbon, we would love to stay at Helena’s again.

We recommend this apartment as your only choice for your accommodation in Lisboa. You will not find a place like that in town. Its very centric will all the famous spots around it. One of the most beautiful Miradouro is only a minute away. The most famous restaurants only five minutes and the great tram spot just out of the door. Moreover, It’s very comfortable and of course it’s shines from cleanliness. Bruno has done amazing job. So beautiful, we loved it. Of course, Bruno is the best host we have ever met. He helps you with all the necessary tips and responses on time to all of your questions. Tip: Please inform him for your specific arrival time. We recommend it !!!

Wonderful stay in an excellent location. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to Lisbon. We will definitely be back!

Dieses Loft ist unfassbar! Selten so eine schöne Unterkunft gesehen! Bitte beachtet nicht die Bewertung mit 2 Sternen! Geschäftsschädigend für so eine tolle Gastgeberin und ungerecht gegenüber diesem Loft! Es ist ein Industriebau! Wenn da mal ein Kind mit dem Bobbycar fährt, stirbt man nicht an einem Gehörschaden! Das ist eben so! Dann sollten diese Leute in ein Haus ziehen und nicht in eine Wohnung, die eigentlich für Gewerbe gedacht ist. Wir haben die Nachbarn fast gar nicht gehört! In jeder Wohnung hört man mal Menschen! Bitte lasst euch nicht abschrecken! Es war überhaupt nicht laut! Es war die pure Entspannung! Auch die Autos waren kaum hörbar. Die Fotos entsprechen absolut dem, was man bekommt. Und ja, in dem einen Zimmer ist der Abfluss leicht zu riechen. Warum? Weil man diesen Küchenbereich selten nutzt. Einfach Wasser in den Traps füllen und es ist weg! Auch ein ganz normaler Effekt, der leicht zu beheben ist. Dieses Loft hat *********** Sterne verdient!

A wonderful stay and experience! Sandrine is a fantastic host and she and Olivier couldn't have been kinder. The lodging is beautiful, natural, and pure. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable, and the space very private. The breakfasts were top of the line, too. Most highly recommended!

I feel very fortunate to have found Justus’s Place. The accommodations were amazing and Justus and Allison are very friendly. Justus assisted me in finding my way around Lisbon! He makes delicious breakfasts every morning and made me feel relaxed and right at home. I feel I made a friend for life. 😀

Richard's place has a great location, it can be reached in 1 hour from Lisbon by car. It's a charming farm great to relax and enjoy the alentejo's sun. Richard and his wife are great hosts and very kind people. We loved our stay there and look forward to go back.

Un emplacement de choix pour une belle visite de la de la ville de Lisbonne. Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans le logement de Luis . La chambre était bien aménagée avec une salle de bain privée, une très belle vue sur la ville et un petit balcon. L’emplacement parfait. À quelques minutes de marche de plusieurs attractions, restaurant, transports en commun. Facile de rejoindre Luis durant le séjour. Il était également présent sur les lieux certains matins lors du petit déjeuner pour nous donner des conseils et recommandations. Sinon c’était des membres de son équipe qui étaient là pour nous aider. Le prix du logement était très abordable compte tenu que le petit déjeuner était inclus. Celui-ci était complet et frais préparés à chaque matin par son équipe. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour tous ceux qui veulent visiter tranquillement la ville de Lisbonne et séjourner dans un lieu chaleureux. **attention, il faut tenir compte des 3 étages à monter** Un grand merci! This is a larger guest house with an outdoor pool and separate breakfast building. It was convenient to the airport (about 1:10 in rush hour traffic) and the breakfast was nice. Getting in was a little tricky but worked, the staff needed to let us in through the main gate. The room itself was very clean, comfortable, the bathroom was in the hallway next door but assigned to our room only. Staff was very friendly and managed to communicate despite limited English skills.
