Vacation rentals with beach access in Setubal

You won’t find a better location and accommodation in Sesimbra! If you’re lucky enough to secure a reservation, you will be delighted waking up to that beautiful view every morning! We had a group of 4 Adults. This spot was right in the centre of the beach with all the shops, cafes and restaurants below it. Next door was an ice cream shop that we had every day on the balcony. We also enjoyed sangria from downstairs and had take away pizzas on our last night which were delicious! The apartment was spotless and everything you would need was provided even the beach chairs and umbrellas. The pull out wall beds were very comfortable & very inexpensive! João’s apartment is the only place I will stay when I return to Sesimbra!

Luis’ place is the most beautiful Airbnb we’ve ever been to. The view is as if we were on a ship! The place is sparkling clean and is on 2 levels. Large outdoor patio on the main floor and 2 smaller ones for each of the 2 bedrooms. We spent 3 nights there and would go back for much more time. Above all of this, Luis is not only a great host but also a great person with a real desire that the guests enjoy the place as much as possible. Thanks for everything Luis. You have a perfect place and you are a perfect host. All the best.

Diogo was a great host, met us at the apartment, helped us with our luggage and gave us recommendations for local restaurants and bars. Throughout our stay he was easily reachable. This apartment could not possibly be in a better location. There are amazing restaurants everywhere you look, the square across the street has a little cafe where you can get anything you want seemingly at any point. Coffee in the morning, spirits at night before turning in. Just about everything in Lisbon is walkable from this location. The apartment was very spacious and clean. It was a little warm when we were there but the portable fans were a great touch. The street outside is noisy but I was stunned it was dead quiet inside the apartment once you close the windows. Je recommande cet appartement pour ceux et celles qui cherchent une auberge dans un très beau quartier pas bruyant. Proche du centre, à 5-6 euros en taxi) L’appartement est conforme à la description. Propre et soigné. Une belle terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur la rivière et le quartier. Nous avons tout apprécié, pas de bémol, donc à recommander.

This apartment is absolutely incredible. Immaculate, beautiful sea views, lovely furnishings- just wonderful. And in the interesting old part of town. So glad we chose to come here!

We had an great stay here! The apartment had a lot of space, amazing view, airco and the location was also great. Check in / check out was also very easy. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who likes to visit lisbon.

We spent 5 days at Juan’s apartment. The apartment is perfect for a couple. It’s comfortable, spacious and the balcony is great for breakfast and enjoying an evening glass of wine. There are cafes, bars and supermarkets just around the corner. It’s a 25 min walk to the centre but plenty of buses and trams if you need to avoid the hills! Lisbon is a charming city and Juan’s place is well located to enjoy it.

Wir haben 6 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Cruz verbracht und wir würden sie wieder buchen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, freundlich und persönlich eingerichtet und super ausgestattet (in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, es gibt ausreichend Handtücher, Badetücher und einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand; Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und sogar ein Bügeleisen sind vorhanden). Eine große Auswahl an Restaurants befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke, ein Parkplatz vor der Tür; zahlreiche Strände und tolle Ausblicke sind ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Check-in wurden wir von einer sehr lieben Nachbarin empfangen. Alles hat hervorragend geklappt. Gerne wieder & vielen Dank!

Paulo was quick to respond to my communications. The villa was beautiful with lots of extras to enjoy a home from home. We loved the peacefulness of the garden & the birdsong . My iPhone would not direct me to the address & I discovered that if you use maps to direct you to Camping Fetais, you are very close to the road leading to the home.

We had a great stay. Within walking distance there are great restaurants and the beach is walkable but also only a few minute drive! The place was exactly as described and super cozy. The town was also very peaceful and was generally very quiet (still off season).

We had a gorgeous stay here with our toddler. The house had everything we needed for traveling with a child and was complete with toys, beach going needs like towels, umbrellas, and beach toys, as well as a crib and high chair. We borrowed their bikes and explored town and loved visiting the gelato place that’s around the corner. At night, we listened to the frogs in the rice paddies behind the house and loved watching the bird life during the day. Getting to the beach was quick and easy and we spent two days there. Amazing place with comfortable furniture and everything we needed for our stay. The check-in with Isabel was flexible, and she was very friendly when welcoming us to the property. We only stayed for 1-night, but could easily see ourselves stay for longer.

This place is excellent. The location and private pool make it a 5* spot. Some attention to the patio area (weeding etc) and some additional and newer kitchen equipment would be great, but this is a great Airbnb on the whole.

Such a special place! The beach house was wonderful to stay in, waking up to that view and the children being able to run down to the sea was amazing. The beach house was very clean and just as described and the host very helpful & responsive. The host also recommended the local restaurant and what to get so we had gorgeous grilled fish delivered to the house each night. One of my most favorite holidays, we can’t wait to come back.

We spent a few days at Alexandra’s place and it was exactly as described if not even more. Extremely well equipped house in a stunning location. We spent days swimming in the ocean, nights admiring the night sky which is stunning in Porto Covo. The house itself is super cool yet very practical. We really loved our stay!

El apartamento de Luis es lo mejor. La verdad que está bien ubicado, en frente de la playa, estás a máximo 20 minutos en Uber del centro de Lisboa, tienes supermercados cerca y además un restaurante de sushi justo al lado que es increíble. Así que cuando regresen a Lisboa, el apartamento de Luis es el lugar.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce magnifique appartement d’architecte aux finitions nobles très contemporain, très lumineux,avec beaucoup de rangements,j’ai eu un énorme coup de cœur pour cette appartement et de plus le propriétaire est incroyablement gentil et serviable,je recommande fortement ce logement

a beautiful location, and there are some very nice cats who live around the town. One nice feature of the building as well is the little garden on the 7th floor.

Lovely stay. Sonia met us on arrival And was very helpful checking us in. Apartment had a lovely view. Was a steep walk back from the beach but we didn’t mind this but just keep in mind. There are some great restaurants near by. We reccomend tacos pexito for a chilled lunch, and Casa Mateus or O bagel for dinner. Look forward to visiting again. Thanks

We only stayed for one night and didn't spend that much time in the apartment. However, it was a good place with everything we needed. Filipe was very helpful and communicative. The road to the city center is walkable but pretty busy.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Von der Wohnung aus konnten wir sehr viele schöne Orte besuchen und es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig und privat. Das Dorf ist nur 4 Auto Minuten entfernt und auch sehr schön dort etwas zu essen und am Strand die Zeit zu verbringen. Die Gastgeberin versorgte uns mit allen notwendigen und war nicht aufdringlich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

El apartamento es estupendo para dos personas, con todo lo que se necesita y un ambiente que invita a relajarte en él. La localización es perfecta para acceder a la playa y para ir a Lisboa en autobús. Sin duda recomendamos este apartamento y a Rossana que es super atenta. Muchas gracias ☺️
