We have a large lounge area with comfortable seating for up to 6 people. There is free parking and a local bus service going right to the heart of Edinburgh. Passes can be purchased to use all the facilities of the Haven Resort, including swimming pools, restaurants and bars.

Great site with good bus service and directly opposite the beach. Mobile home is in good position with spacious living area. Good double room, twin room a bit tight but the grandchildren loved it and the Highland Cow theme; so much so they’ve bought plush toys to remind them of their holiday.

It was lovely 5 nights stay we had. The host was very responsive and made sure that our stay was comfortable. Pros: Great location, a lot of toys and activities for our little one (She loved the stay so much that she did not want to return home), lots of activities to do in the park- both for kids and adults, had almost everything you need during a holiday. Cons: the sofas were not clean and had a lot of animal hair on them, the coffee machine was not working and some extra bedding like an additional blanket could have made the stay a bit more comfortable. In short, to summarise- it’s a “HOME AWAY FROM HOME”.

The lounge area features a comfortable seating arrangement with light gray sofas. A coffee table is set with a decorative tray holding drinks and snacks. Bright decorative accents are present, creating an inviting space. Wall shelving displays plants and decorative items.

Place was spotless and lovely decor throughout nothing a miss beautiful and felt relaxed and at home. G was very helpful, prompt responses to any questions/queries.

Scots place was beautiful. Lots to do inside and outside. Kids had lot of fun as there were toys scooter and bike. There was colouring books and pens card games kids did not get enough time as we only booked for one night. Scott was kind and he extended our check out. Kids made the most out of it. Not far away from Edinburgh castle which was our holiday plans to explore Edinburgh city. Clean kitchen and toilet and shower. We had everything we needed in the caravan. Thanks Scott for making the one night stay comfortable. You are a star

I was looking for a relaxing stay close to Edinburgh without the extortionate expense of staying in the city and what a gem we found with this property! Scenic views being so close to the beach front and plenty of amenities on the site. Security was pleasant and had no issues with arriving so late at night 00:30 Easy self check in and the property was fresh, clean and gave us a sense of relaxation as soon as we kicked our shoes off after a long day of travelling. Host was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble, if i am ever needing to stay around this location again i would be more than happy to rebook.

Lucy was a super host, the caravan was lovely and clean. The information Lucy gave us was really easy to follow, they took us straight to the caravan. The caravan it self is in a Great location not too far from all the activities and restaurants. I would be staying again on my next visit a definite 5-star.
