Very nice view, nice private pool and relaxing surroundings (the beach is very close to the apartment) and easy to park. For the apartment, identical to the photos: clean, equipped, various beds, very nice balcony, correct size for 4 people! And bonus point for the presence of the air conditioning (easy to turn on)! We really enjoyed our stay! And we would book again!

Very convenient apartment, perfectly located close to the Canal du Midi and the center of the village. Patrick and Annie have very well furnished this apartment which is very functional and very comfortable in addition to being beautifully decorated. My husband and I had a lovely stay and are ready to do it again.

An excellent welcome for my first rental on Airbnb, an impeccable and well-equipped apartment for one or two people as a couple, relatively quick access to downtown Montpellier by Tram 3, the terminus of which is less than 4 minutes from the apartment, a supermarket nearby, and charming and attentive owners, what more could you ask for? I'd love to make a new reservation for this apartment if I have a chance. Olivier

Great home perfect for a family. The layout and decor are tasteful. Very well equipped apartment. The place as such is not of interest but if it's just to stay, no problem! No problem, the terrace and garden overlook a stone wall.

Perfect stay! Béatrice is an available host, very pleasant, accommodating if needed and really invested in the well-being of her guests. Small touches were available in the accommodation which was really very clean, with comfortable bedding. Everything is thought of, convenient, and well decorated. All for a very good price. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

Nice place, is little small, but it was announced, it has its own tennis court which for us was fantastic, and Veronique is amazing always ready to answer any question.

Duplex apartment not very large but really very well equipped and nicely decorated. Everything is well thought out even for babies. The covered terrace was well appreciated as there was a lot of wind. In May it was quiet but probably noisier in the summer with the pool and aqualand. Beach and many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Everything went very well, from my arrival to my departure. Clear instructions, accommodation matches the photos and description. Private parking just downstairs. Close to everything. Very pleasant and responsive host, thank you so much for your kindness! I would highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay in this lovely house, located in a very quiet area. The beautiful swimming pool as well as a large garden bring a very appreciable atmosphere and comfort. Chantal and Jean Louis gave us a nice welcome and remained available throughout the stay. Beach and shops 10 minutes by car Everything was there to make our stay a success. I would highly recommend it!

We are delighted with the stay we have just had at Martine's. She welcomed us with great kindness and adapted to our schedule. The accommodation is very nice, extremely clean, quiet and very well located. I have no other word than PERFECT! The bedding is good, the bed linen is soft and smells very good. The rooms are very dark at night and conducive to a very good sleep. All amenities are brand new and the entire accommodation is very well maintained. The dishes are impeccable. Only small downside that is well mentioned in the description and that made us hesitate: the lack of wifi for remote work but we took a portable relay and everything was perfect. Really recommend!!! I would highly recommend staying with Gaëlle and her spouse because I had a great stay. Not only was everything as advertised: the accommodation is clean, tidy, very peaceful and pleasant; but on top of that, they were both extremely friendly, kind and considerate. I can only advise you to go there if you want a relaxing and rejuvenating environment and for my part, I will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises again!

We were 8 people and it has enough room for everyone. Everything was perfectly furnished and available. The view from the terrace is wonderful. The small pools are great, but could be a little warmer in October.

We enjoyed our holiday. The house is lovely and very spacious. The location is perfectly quiet, but still close to a lot of activities. We would recommend this house to others.
