Excellent emplacement au calme comme nous recherchions. Le logement est très bien équipé à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Tout est bien pensé il ne manque rien. Le logement est optimum pour un couple. Le jacuzzi est vraiment appréciable . Les hôtes sont attentionnés et il a été facile de communiquer. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour séjourner sur l’île. Eric et sandrine

This isn't just a holiday home, it's a real family home away from home. We've been here before and we'll definitely be back. Maria is a great host. Everything was all set for us and the villa's even been upgraded with new appliances, bedding and outdoor furniture. The view is still fantastic, and Portocolom is cute and peaceful. We give it five stars!

Tolles Haus. Liegt sehr nahe am Meer und ca. 25-30minuten bis zum Zentrum von Palma entfernt.

we had a great holiday at francisca’s place (family of 6 adults)! the location and surrounding of the place are truly unique and amazing. the outside area offers a lot to do and different seating areas. the rooms are nice and clean, everyhting is nicely furbished. communication was very good and friendly. i only have a small complaint: i would have expected a decent amount of dish washer tabs, cleaning cloths and towels in the kitchen (there was only 1 cloth and 2 towels provided for 1 week for 6 people, and 3 dishwasher tabs) and toilet paper to be provided. additionally, some of the equipment could be renewed (like a toilet brush, heavily scratched pans, leaking jug). but these are very small complaints on a very high level:) the kitchen itself very well equipped. it didn’t disturb our great stay, we would definitely come back anytime!

Bra genomgång av boendet när vi kom, och lägenheten har ett bra läge med promenadavstånd till centrum.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Strand gleich um die Ecke, kindersicherer Innenhof, Küche bestens ausgestattet. Nicht so toll war, dass das Wasser aus der Dusche nicht dauerhaft warm war, sondern immer wieder zwischen drin klat geworden ist.

We had a great time. Awesome location with a beautiful views of the ocean. 10 minute walk right into Cala Ratjada. A lot of tennis, paddle, and beach volleyball courts close by (Na Taconera) We loved it! Joan is a very friendly, kind host, he is very easy to reach and helped us out with all our questions.

We absolutely loved our stay at Carmen’s place! We felt right at home, with all the sweet touches and warmth of the place. It was very easy to find and to access. The entire place, especially the kitchen, bathroom and linen were very clean (pristine) which is always super important to me! The place is only a few steps away from the beach and the private terrace is a great spot to relax and read. The kitchen is well equipped and we made some lovely meals there. We also went to many restaurants in the neighbourhood, that were also recommended by Carmen. We loved the place so much, and will be back! But we also recommended the place to one of our friends, who is going to stay there very soon. Carmen was very responsive and always immediately addressed all of our questions. If you’re thinking about staying in the area, I can strongly recommend Carmen’s place it had everything for us and we had a wonderful time. Many thanks Carmen :)

Das Haus ist sauber und es gibt die Möglichkeit sich auf einer überdachten Terrasse, am Pool mit Sonnenliege oder oben auf dem sehr großen Balkon, der ums halbe Haus geht und mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet ist, aufzuhalten. Die Gegend ist ruhig bis mäßig touristisch. Ein Auto ist sinnvoll. Im Umkreis von ca. 15 km gibt es alles, was man braucht: von Sandstrand über Sehenswertes bis Supermarkt. Nadine ist eine super Gastgeberin, sehr freundlich und klar kommunizierend. Sie reagiert schnell und sympathisch auf Anfragen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!

Vi var virkelig glade for vores ophold hos Miguel. Haven var smuk og lejligheden ren og hyggelig. Miguel og hans hustru var yderst venlige og behjælpelige med at besvare spørgsmål.

We had the most amazing holiday. The house had everything you could wish for and it was very very clean. It was very near the most beautiful beach. There were lots of nice towns and markets nearby. We loved our stay and highly recommend this house. The hosts were amazing. We had forgotten our passports and found out when we were already at the airport, Juan drove towards us with the passports and met us half way.

Beautiful house, pretty small but nice. The beds in the house are soft and big!! Very nice.. Great tv and outside garden and roof terrace are beautiful. 2 things to concider. You need a small car because parking close to the house a problem with big car and it's a small house. Perfect with 4 persons, more will be crowded. But def 5 stars😃

House, cleaners, Jaime etc were all great, loved our stay and the bus is so easy to catch right into the old town if you don't want to walk it and it's only €2 each way. We had a really lovely long weekend there, thank you.

Alenka’s place was lovely and clean. Perfect for a large family. It had two living areas and kitchens. Plenty of outdoor space to follow the sun.

Wie hatten ein paar ruhige und erholsame Tage in dem Haus von Jörg. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist auch super und man fühlt sich schnell wohl! Man sollte allerdings mobil sein :) aber mit einem Auto / Motorrad eine super Wahl! Wir würde es definitiv weiterempfehlen 🤭

We had a great stay at the villa! We absolutely loved the location, the villa is located in a quiet charming neighbourhood surrounded by beautiful properties and in walking distance of Cala Santanyi and Cala Figuera - both have great restaurant options, and the beach at Cala Santanyi was beautiful and not too busy. By car, the town of Santanyi can also be easily reached (which has supermarkets and we also enjoyed the market on a Wednesday), as well as many other lovely beaches. The villa itself is just per the pictures, and felt spacious and well equipped with everything you may need. It was particularly handy for us that each bedroom had its own en-suite. Karlien was a great host, super responsive and friendly and regularly checked in on us by text during the week. The villa was quite hard to find (the address did not take us to the specific villa, and our maps did not recognise the street it was on) but Karlien was on hand to help us out. Would recommend!

Antonio es un maravilloso anfitrión. Nos dio unas sugerencias de visitas e incluso restaurantes extremadamente precisos.Recorrimos calas ( la de Mondrago es una playa paradisíaca!). Visitamos Portopetro es bellísimo y Soler y su puerto. Encantados con Mallorca!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderbar ruhigen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt im kleinen Ort Betlem und war für uns ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Ganz besonders hat uns der Küstenwanderweg zu zwei türkisblauen Buchten gefallen. Er startet nahezu hinter dem Haus. Leider liegt der Ort Betlem schattig hinter einem Gebirge und jetzt im Herbst kam die Sonne morgens erst später zum Vorschein. Im Ort gibt es einen Mini Supermarkt mit morgens frischen Brötchen. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass es uns in unserem Kurzurlaub an nichts gefehlt hat.

La casa di Maria Teresa è davvero accogliente e molto pulita, ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Lei è stata un’host gentile e disponibile, sempre pronta a dare una mano se serviva qualcosa. L’unico aspetto meno comodo è la posizione, un po’ fuori mano, ma con un’auto a noleggio si risolve senza problemi. La tranquillità del posto ripaga comunque la distanza. Segnaliamo solo un piccolo problema: c’è un buco nel bagno al piano terra da cui salgono alcuni insetti. Nulla di drammatico, ma sarebbe utile sistemarlo. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole che ci sentiamo di consigliare!

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Außenbereich mit den Terrassen und Pool war wunderbar und das Angebot an Bädern und Schlafzimmer war für uns optimal. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet, allerdings waren einige Gebrauchsgegenstände schon etwas abgenutzt, was wir aber für eine Ferienwohnung, die von vielen benutzt wird, eher normal finden. Das Angebot an Duschhandtüchern, Poolhandtüchern, Seife, Geschirrspülmitten, Geschirrreinigertabs u.ä. war gut. Ebenfalls vorhanden waren 2 funktionsfähige Fahrräder, Sonnenschirme für den Strand u.ä. , am Pool standen unterschiedliche Liegen. Die Kommunikation mit Catalina war sehr gut. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

We were 1st time on Mallorca and it was nice, but this beautiful house made it better, like paradise. Beautiful view of the sea from the rooms and from the roof. Calm evenings and nights on the terrace, and morning swimming in the pool. Bed's were comfortable, baths were clean and fully equipped. we were amazed. the whole house is for 6adults and 3kids, it has 2 big bedrooms,1 smaller and one kids room for 3 kids. there are games to the pool and sun umbrella ( think someone left it there). there are few restaurants and bars very near to the accommodation (5mins by foot), the nice beach is 7mins too. from there you can move to one hidden beach which is 15mins from it. if you have car, you can park inside. and you can visit 30beaches - max 40mins from there. I hope we will come back again. Thanks for everything Antolin.

We had the best stay with family and friends! The house is even better than you can imagine and the view is just beyond breathtaking. Every detail is beautiful and it’s so welcoming. Waking up to the warming sunrise every morning and ending the day by the pool is unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to create memories – can’t wait to come back!
