The entire Bourdasse Farm

We had a wonderful stay with friends at Chloé's, with 3 small children, and everything was absolutely perfect! Chloé was an exemplary host from start to finish: very responsive in advance to prepare for our arrival, she shared valuable recommendations with us, suggested local activities and showed great flexibility. Throughout the stay, she regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and we weren't missing anything, always responding quickly and kindly to our requests. The listing is perfectly true to the photos. The setting is idyllic, conducive to relaxation and conviviality. Everything is thought out for the comfort of young and old: games for children, baby equipment, wood-fired jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool, barbecue, raclette machine… Nothing is missing! The bedding is also worthy of a great hotel: comfortable, clean and welcoming — a real plus for a relaxing stay. Thank you Chloé

Impeccable, rustic and pleasant accommodation. David and Julia provide activities (board games and outdoor activities). Easy to access accommodation, easy to park, quiet with land and close to mountain walks or beautiful villages.
A serene outdoor space is presented, featuring three wooden chairs paired with a small, round table. The table is set with a vase of blue flowers, surrounded by lush grass and a vibrant green bush, creating a tranquil ambiance in nature.

A most pleasant stay in an enchanting setting! The perfectly independent apartment located on one side of the house, with balcony and terrace, guarantees rest and serenity, which are enhanced by the vegetation of the park and the incredible view of the Pyrenees. The warm welcome from Annie and Doumé, their attentiveness and flexibility regarding departure and arrival times are a real bonus, thank you to them! -)
An outdoor balcony is presented, featuring two lounge chairs and a small table. The area provides unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape, with a clear sky in the background and greenery visible beyond the railing.

Béarnaise enclosure with pool

DouglasRating, 5 stars10 months ago
A stunning home in a beautiful setting. We had a wonderful week here with family. Adults and children loved the large swimming pool, huge garden with space to play games, and the sounds of the adjacent river. The house was immaculately clean, very stylish, and decorated to a high standard. The kitchen is modern, well-equipped, and opens onto a lovely sun terrace with barbecue. David met us at the property and explained all the necessary information (as well as leaving a delicious brioche!). There is a brilliant bakery and carrefour within walking distance. A short drive away is beautiful Pau with a huge selection of shops and restaurants. A delightful house - we didn’t want to leave!
A heated swimming pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas, set against a backdrop of lush trees and a serene lake. Flowers in decorative pots line the steps leading down to the pool area, creating a peaceful outdoor relaxation space.

LA CHENAIE - COUNTRY HOUSE

RuthRating, 5 stars22 months ago
Gorgeous setting for a great house. We were 3 families staying together and the house was perfect for our needs. Super comfortable beds in all the rooms, well-equipped kitchen with huge dining table to seat all 12 of us and plenty of different areas for adults/ kids to relax separately. Lots onsite to keep everyone entertained, including books, DVDs, games - the tennis court and large grounds were an absolutely bonus for all the children to roam around. The house manager was very helpful checking us in and with any queries we had before/ during our stay. Although the village itself is very quiet, we took several day trips out to Pau, Lourdes and even across the border to St Sebastian. You definitely need a car, but there is plenty to explore in the local area. As gorgeous as the view of the lake is, biting insects were rampant - if you are visiting in August, don't forget to take bug-spray!
