A family location. The sound of the river water is a The spectacle aside, and without imminent risks because the place is totally preserved and closed. The kitchen area, leisure area and playground were the environments in which they provided us with rest and my family could stay in the same space. My 2-year-old grandson had fun and the toys the house has kept him very happy because it is a space he seemed to have already explored and we were safe.

The home experience was great!! From the beginning, the Host answered all our questions very politely and quickly. When we arrived we were well received and we were very comfortable. The space corresponds to the photos and we can enjoy the common area and the internal accommodations well.

The stay was simply amazing, 10/10! A stunning place with a spectacular view of the balcony. The apartment is brand new, extremely clean and thought out in every detail. There is a large supermarket, pharmacies and a gym nearby, all accessible by foot. I loved my experience! The host, Clodoaldo, has always been available, giving great recommendations and helping with whatever you need. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it! A unique retreat in nature with all the comfort.

I really liked the stay, the location was great and very close to everything, besides the space being very cozy and well ventilated, it is only good to prepare against the mosquitoes that attack at night. All communication with Ivan, Silvio and Mônica was very quiet and fast, all very helpful.

Detailing the excellent place, the shower with the natural pool and the river are the main attractions, plus it has a cold and heated pool. The restaurant's food is good. I found the space with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas around the little Duchão, it was very full all morning and we ended up not sitting down. The river was calm, good para.criancas, but it has no life-saving, which can be a risk in case of a water trunk. The cold pool had saved lives.

Mr. Marcus is an excellent host. I've stayed in his apartment before and it's always a good experience. Pleasant environment and location, close to the main tourist landmarks.

Simply a wonderful environment to be. extremely cozy, well equipped and brings absurd tranquility. a comfort that is not found anywhere. Near bars and restaurants, as much as it was just one night could have easily left and enjoyed something cool, Kamille always present to clarify any questions or to help with something. Easy check-in, host responded quickly. The photos seem to be a little bigger, but the possibility of the mezzanine + sofa bed in the living room is a plus. The loft is in Quintandinha, which is easy to locate and get to. I was traveling for work and everything went well with the stay (24-hour concierge was a facilitator as well).

The stay was good and quiet, the location of the studio is excellent, I went by car and did not have to use it, I left it in the parking lot we walked, with a lot of tranquility and security, in the city even at night.

Great place to rest and enjoy with family! The apartment is extremely clean and fragrant, and the condominium has several leisure areas that make the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also excellent, very close to shops and with easy access to both Itaipava and Petrópolis — all within a 15-minute drive. Communication with host Barbara was impeccable: always quick, attentive and helpful, answering all my questions with great kindness. I had already read in the comments about the bathroom being small, so I was prepared, but I still found it smaller than I expected. It didn't bother me at all, but it may be something to consider depending on the guest's profile. Overall, it was all amazing and I would definitely come back!

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a cozy feeling, as it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to surreal cleanliness... everything was in great condition. Finally, the location is very privileged, with easy access to all the sights of the city, apart from Quitandinha itself, which offers several activities to do while staying in it, highly recommended without a doubt. Ah! I loved the buttery cookies and the banana liqueur, welcoming me.

The apartment is new, clean, comfortable, well equipped and is in a beautiful condominium, with a large lake. It is an oasis of beauty and peace. There are restaurants, a market, and a pharmacy nearby. We really liked it and will be back.
