Flávio is an excellent host, the house is exactly as shown in the photos, amazing. In addition to the house being very rich in detail and comfort, you have the privilege of an incredible view of the lake, like a campfire, time passes without us noticing. Easy to access location, even though it has a small part of a dirt road, it is super easy to get to. There are some grocery stores about 10/15 minutes from the house, but it's good to bring things to make the most of the house. Place with all the utensils, we went as 4 people, including a 1 year old, as the house is flat we were very comfortable. We also took our dog, and since the place is fenced, we also had no problem letting him loose and enjoying all the peace the place offers. Lovely and comfortable home. Highlights would be the living room integrated with the kitchen and pool table, leaving everyone in the same spacious and comfortable environment. The heated pool with the bucolic look was also charming. I'd definitely be back!

We loved the weekend we spent and plan to return more often. The house is wonderful, exactly as in the pictures. Very beautiful house with many rooms, three of which are suites, which makes it even more comfortable. Large, well-kept, clean property with several options for children, a large swimming pool and a beautiful view. Nazaré and Zezinho were excellent. Very careful and available. Nazaré's food is delicious, with delicious weather, it was extremely attentive in everything. Renato was very available and proactive with necessary explanations. We were very happy with everything and we intend to return.

Perfect stay and accommodation, the kitchen deserves a fryer as an additional convenience, the recommended assistant was essential, the house was excellent for the children who played a lot on the lawn.

The place is beautiful for those looking for contact with nature and tranquility. The access road is not good, but after you arrive, it is worth it. The house is the perfect place to rest with family and friends. All rustic, simple, but complete. We were received by Mr. Júlio, who was very attentive in showing us everything. I loved the apartment, it has a good location (the neighborhood is great, close to several tourist spots that you can walk to), quiet and peaceful. It was very organized, clean and I had no problems. I went in the cold season and what saved me was the shower, lol, very good and very hot. The condominium is also very quiet.

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. For those who know Itaipava, the condominium where the apartment is located is the most convenient place to stay. Restaurants, shops and services are within walking distance. The condominium is also convenient because it offers a parking space without maneuvering difficulties. I would stay at the property again.
