The house is very good as we can see in the photos. Good, clean bed linen and towels. The location is 15 minutes from Itaipava by the BR exit and 20-30 minutes from the center of the secretary by a dirt road. Tatiana is an excellent host, she responds to everything quickly. Barbara was the employee who accompanied us. Excellent!!! Very attentive, cooks well, helps with absolutely everything we need. Really, staying with Barbara made all the difference. We had a great family weekend. The only suggestion is that if the family likes volleyball, you should ask before going because the court is still under construction.

The house is wonderful! Fully equipped and with wonderful interior and exterior space! We spent a wonderful day! Excellent location, next to the market, pharmacy... and close to the Historical Center. We'll be back for sure!

Flávia's house is exactly like in the pictures. A delight!! We enjoy wonderful moments with family and friends there. What the photos really can't demonstrate is the peace the place has! Surrounded by green with the sound of nature! I highly recommend it!!

The house was fantastic. Better than the photos. The heated pool was great. The house is extremely comfortable. I'm certain we will return.

We had wonderful days, the house is even better than in the photos, comfortable, with a large outdoor space, our children played a lot. Everything was very clean, including the bed, table and bath linens. Equipped kitchen. Very quiet condominium. Mr. João was always very polite, met our needs, as did Marcia, who received us. We liked it so much that we'll be back at the end of the month.

Our stay was amazing! Marcia was super proactive and attentive from the beginning, always available and full of good tips. The house is beautiful, well equipped, super clean and the condominium is quiet, safe and full of green, perfect for relaxing. The region has great tour options, and following Marcia's suggestions made all the difference. A special affection: finding the tidy bed with a chocolate mime was that touch that makes us feel at home. I highly recommend and we will definitely return!

The house is great, Thiago got us super well and it was very helpful, the space is big, I went with my dogs and they loved it. The place is beautiful, with a lot of privacy.

We had a great stay at Diogo's place. The caretaker, Sebastião, was extremely attentive and helpful, helping us to receive the beer and always responding quickly to our questions. The house was clean, well located and provided incredible moments with friends and family. The only point to consider is the parking, which comfortably accommodates two cars, and three with some difficulty, while the other vehicles needed to stay on the street, where parking is a little complicated. However, this did not compromise the experience, and communication with Diogo was always excellent. We highly recommend and we would definitely return!

The house is very good, the rooms are spacious, living room, equipped kitchen and the outdoor area of the pool are excellent to enjoy with the family! They were very pleasant days! We went with children and there was plenty of room in the house and outdoor area to play, good for all ages, in addition to the pool that is successful too! Fabiana and Gustavo are very attentive and kind!

We were in December/24 at the house with a group of 14 people, 2 children aged 2/3 and 3 dogs. Very comfortable house. The living room floor is very spacious, allowing you to interact with people who are in different common areas. We hired Dona Rosana to help us in the kitchen and it was the BEST decision, she is friendly, helpful and cooks very well. We found it to be very good value for money. Point that left something to be desired: - Not all rooms had fans, even though it was a cold place, in the heat it is worth having in the room. - Some beds with harder mattresses (orthopedic type).

We went on Easter with the family. Everything went well. Rogério (homemade) welcomed us very well and was always ready to help us. The place is close to the center of itaipava, which has many attractions.

Extremely friendly, responsive and flexible host. I asked for flexibility regarding the check-in and check-out times due to a need of ours, I explained the situation and she promptly responded. Clean house, tidy, better than in the photos, even though her house is upstairs, we had a lot of privacy, large rooms, especially the bathroom, kitchen items in perfect condition, kitchen with table for comfortable meals. The amount paid is valid. In short, I loved the experience and it's a place that's really worth renting, and I intend to go again.

Ana's house is just perfect! Exactly as shown in the photos, with every detail very well cared for. It was, without a doubt, the best and most complete Airbnb house I've ever stayed in. Ana Paula was super attentive and helpful — she responded quickly whenever I needed her and made our stay, mine and my family's, even more enjoyable. I recommend it with my eyes closed! I will be back for sure!

House exactly like the pictures. Very spacious, rooms and bathrooms with good space. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, I didn't miss anything. But the star is the outer area, wide, beautiful and pleasant, with emphasis on the 2 pools. Host, and everyone I was in contact with, were very attentive, helpful and helped me a lot. Rent without fear!

The home experience was great!! From the beginning, the Host answered all our questions very politely and quickly. When we arrived we were well received and we were very comfortable. The space corresponds to the photos and we can enjoy the common area and the internal accommodations well.

The property is great! It was possible to enjoy both Sol days and rainy days. We went with a cat and a dog and since all windows have a mosquito net, we can leave the windows open and the cat inside the house safely. The outside area has a lot of space so it was great for the children and the dog to run at will and play ball. The hosts are super receptive and have all the questions answered. The house has automation with voice commands, which makes entertainment much easier. Finally, despite being an airbnb you'll feel like you're in a hotel, hosts offer plenty of amenities beyond the basics!

A family location. The sound of the river water is a The spectacle aside, and without imminent risks because the place is totally preserved and closed. The kitchen area, leisure area and playground were the environments in which they provided us with rest and my family could stay in the same space. My 2-year-old grandson had fun and the toys the house has kept him very happy because it is a space he seemed to have already explored and we were safe.

We love the house ,Dona Marli super attentive,the accommodations are great ,the girls have fun with games,karaoke and relaxed in the outdoor area in the pool. It was great , we already thought of coming back.

It was a very good experience, we were welcomed at Anderson's house for New Year and my family only had compliments to the host who was very kind and receptive. The location of the house is great for taking several walks and bathing waterfall. The house was in perfect condition and my family felt at home, we will definitely be back.

An amazing experience, we were super well received, the house is beautiful and has a little noise of running water turning the stay into a true therapeutic immersion. We were very happy in this cozy little house.
