Luis was an excellent host, always cordial and ready to assist us with all the questions. The house is very comfortable and with a beautiful view. We felt as if we were at a friend's house. For families with children or those who want to relax, it's a great option!

I rented the space only to sleep one night, as I spent the day in an event on the street. So he needed something basic and simple anyway. The apartment met 100% of my needs. Extremely cleaned, tidy and functional. Everything I needed was within easy reach. To see that the host is used to welcoming (well!) guests. Communication with Monica was impeccable, with great agility and always willing to help.

Granja Brasil complete condominium, quiet, pleasurable, coffeemaker, restaurants in the space itself facilitates a lot. Simple, easy and uncomplicated check in and check out. The stay with family was excellent. The condominium is great, the Loft accommodations are new and in general the place is very cozy. It met all we needed. I recommend and when you return to Itaipava, it will be a great option.

I stayed in the small suite and liked it very much. Clean, organized, all new, comfortable bed. Lia is thinking of the smallest details to make the stay enjoyable. Near all the restaurants and shopping malls, I practically didn't use the car for anything. An obs: visitors' car seats are on a first come first order, so it is possible that it arrives and there is no vacancy, you will have to park somewhere else to wait.
