Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Serra Negra

We had a great stay. Very clean house, everything organized, sufficient basic utensils. We had great communication with Márcia. Close to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. The house has a wonderful view of the city and very spacious and comfortable environments.

We went to family, 13 people. The extremely nice place, large, clean and excellent look! The location is privileged! Larissa always responds quickly, very kind and flexible! We will certainly be back!

The place is impeccable and like the photos! The countryside is beautiful, the accommodation was super clean, with the towels all in bags ( very whim) and with all the utensils available for use, from blender to hair dryer. Fernanda, her mother Nice and her father were super helpful, attentive and we gave tips on places for leisure and food! Teacara is delicious! We like it very much and we will definitely return for another family trip! I highly recommend it!

I already knew the city and the accommodation in this house was the first time, everything as shown in the photos, cozy house and everything is close by without having to get around by car, Rodrigo was very flexible with me from the beginning, he met all the requests and I recommend everyone to try it.

Very comfortable house, full of appliances, very clean, excellent location, extremely quiet place, great for resting. A swimming pool that is sunny practically all day with total privacy. Good barbecue area, full of TVs, beds and comfortable furniture. The host Fabio and his wife are extremely polite and helpful people, ready to help and respond quickly whenever necessary. A pleasant surprise, we will definitely come back other times.

Great location and very spacious apartment

Excellent stay, highly recommended! The apartment is next to the main square of Serra Negra, we could do absolutely everything on foot and, although the building does not have a garage, there are many options for street parking (depending on the time of arrival) and there is no Blue Zone service. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, it has an elevator, ample space, we felt at home, with everything extremely clean. Cintia was very flexible with the checkout, letting us leave a little later and always very quick in her responses.

Everything was very wonderful, easy access, close to everything and the center, both she and the parking staff she indicated were very kind. Impeccable soft, everything very clean and organized, much more beautiful than in the photos! I loved it!!!

What a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the cleanliness of the space impressed us. The location is privileged, in the center, which made our experience even better. Wonderful stay, Daniela super helpful, answered me anytime I needed it. I needed a break, I went with my husband and children and we loved it, well located(defrent from the Ademar square of barros), great place to walk the night , since it is open until late at night. everything very organized, the apartment is vintage but nothing we reprove , as a suggestion , would only improve the shower, everything else very wonderful, kitchen with everything you need, internet, parking, delicious heated pool and sauna (I did not use the sauna , but there is), an absurd silence in the apartment , I slept like never ....

Quiet place, close to downtown. Quick and easy checkin. The Studio is comfortable and was clean, it has the necessary utensils for a peaceful stay. I recommend it.

Apartment with a great location, everything is new and clean. Exactly as in the advertisement. For my taste, single mattresses are too soft, but I know you can't please everyone. I don't recommend it to those who prefer a firmer mattress! Great quality towels, sheets and blankets, well-equipped kitchen, tasteful decor. This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment and I'll be back for sure.

Excellent stay! Marilza gave us several tips on places to go, eat, shop... The apartment is simple, but very clean and organized, offering items for cooking quietly. Even though it is located in the center, the place is quiet, you don't hear noise from the street. For those who want to go shopping and stroll around the city, leave the car parked and do everything on foot. We left the car on the street and had no problem. Although there are some parking lots nearby. We loved the stay!!!

Just the TV with a very bad signal to watch.

We went to Serra Negra because of the Coffee, Wine and Cheese Festival, and the stay couldn't have been better! Incredibly cozy place, several items that take us back to the past. The hospitality and attention Rogério showed was lovely. I highly recommend it. By the way, we did all the walking tours, the location is wonderful.
