Vacation rentals with a patio in Serra Negra

Great location and easy access, large condominium with good leisure options, apartment just above the reception on the second floor, comfortable indoor space for 2 people, fair price and good service!

Comfortable stay as expected. It accommodates a family like mine of 4 people very well.

We had to go back the day before for personal reasons, but our stay was great. the apartment is exactly the same as the photos - very comfortable and spacious. The location is great, with good restaurants, a great bakery and several possibilities of walking tours. Pena that the pool was under maintenance, a fact that Carolina had already warned us before the trip. So everything was as expected.

Both Val and Bruno were very attentive. The apartment is very well equipped, extremely cozy and clean. Wide parking spaces. 24/7 front desk. Compliments only I recommend it!

Amazing week in an equally amazing location, everything very organized and clean. Our pets were also able to be at ease, as the space is all fenced in. And the hosts Luiza and Marcelo welcomed us very warmly and were always ready to answer our possible questions. I recommend it!!!

Larissa's house is a delight, very faithful to the photos, it is not a new house, but it is super cozy! We went with our family, 12 people, and it served us super well. The house is very close to the center, which makes it very easy if you need to buy something! We also took our pets, who loved the place! The fountain with drinking water is undoubtedly a plus, we enjoyed it a lot!! We spent the Easter holiday and would definitely come back!! Larissa is super nice and always ready to serve us!

The location is perfect, you can do everything on foot, it is close to commerce, shops, pharmacy, bakeries, bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Maricy and her apartment. Hotel very well located. We love walking around the Cavalinho Branco Lagoon, which is right in front of the hotel. In addition, we walked to Ademar de Barros Square. Everything is close by. We also loved Fazenda Morro Pelado, where my daughter had fun with the attractions and we had a delicious lunch of farm food. We'll be back soon.
