We really enjoy your stay! The flat is clean, well organized and comfortable, it serves a couple and a child well. The only observation is about checkout time (11h). As the condominium pool only opens after 10am, it does not pay for those who want to enjoy the morning before leaving. A checkout a little later would be perfect for guests to enjoy better. Overall, it was a great experience!

Great location and easy access, large condominium with good leisure options, apartment just above the reception on the second floor, comfortable indoor space for 2 people, fair price and good service!

Our stay was great! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, it was super clean and tidy. The location is excellent, very close to the main tourist attractions. It is next to restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, the central square and there are many shops around. We did everything on foot, even with a child, because it is very close to everything. Cintia was always available, polite and responded to us quickly. We love it! We highly recommend the apartment and when we return to Serra Negra, we will definitely stay again!

The space is very beautiful, cozy, clean, airy, organized… All well thought out to make the guest feel the best way possible 🥰 The place is very close to the center and for me, who went by bus, it was close to everything and I enjoyed the city very much. I stayed from December 28th to 29th, 2024 and loved the experience! Claudia is always very flexible, helpful and answered my messages as quickly as possible, clearing up all my doubts! She says the place is small, but for those who go alone or as a couple it is a perfect space, it has everything you need. I went with my mother and it worked out, we felt very well ❤️ If I go back to Serra Negra, I definitely want to stay there again, because everything suited me perfectly! Oh, and remember you don't need to bring anything, because it even has a hair dryer 🫶

Isadora is a great host, always responding quickly and very friendly. It was all wonderful!!!!! The apto is the way that is in the photos, renovated and cozy. The condominium is wonderful , receptionists and super friendly and attentive chambermaids. We love and will return again for sure!!!
