Spacious, clean house with items in great condition. It has all the kitchen items we need.

Our stay at Juliana's house was very good, she always responded very quickly to messages. We were greeted with a great afternoon coffee by the very kind Dona Marli. The house was impeccable, better than in the photos, full kitchen and the shower was very hot, we took our little dog who had fun in the yard. The neighborhood is very quiet, easy access and about a 15-minute drive to the center. We love to be back.

We loved our stay... wonderful house... impeccable cleanliness... super comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Both Fernanda and Valdinei were excellent hosts. I celebrated my birthday there and she recommended the wonderful cake!!!We will definitely come back more often!!! A couple with a thousand stars .

The chalet is a cute, very large bathroom, well-equipped mini kitchen, easy access to the center but in a very quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful! I saw an evaluation before going to say that low cars suffer on the way, but they can go easy. The mentioned stretch is only 5 meters long, and even leaving the stay in the rain, it took me not even 30 seconds to pass (I have an HB20). There is nothing of suffering! The hostess is very helpful and, in addition, I forgot an object of value, which she made a point of sending me for Sedex – a cute one! The place conveys a lot of peace, and the check-in and checkout are super flexible. Voltaria more often! Oh, and it's very close to Pedra Bela, for those who want to meet. I recommend it!

I particularly loved the stay at Adilson's property, very comfortable and privacy, not to mention the excellent location. Adilson, assisted us extraordinarily, very attentive. However, what matters most in the evaluation is the opinion of my family, who by the way, loved everything! They even commented that they felt at home. Very good!!!

we spent New Year's Eve at the residence ✨️ right away we saw the impeccable cleanliness of the house, bathroom, living room, kitchen, everything very clean the hostess, Mara, was SUPER friendly and helpful, she quickly answered questions about the house and helped us in times of unforeseen events the location of the house, as described, is great! lots of green area, perfect for walking, super quiet to rest It's about 15 minutes (by car) from downtown, but it's not isolated, with some restaurants nearby the street is very quiet, with little movement we loved the stay 🤍

Excellent place to rest, to be in contact with nature. Everything is very clean and as advertised. Luís Carlos was always available and welcomed us very warmly. I will return more often and recommend it to those seeking peace!

My stay was excellent! The accommodation exceeded my expectations. The whole town was clean, organized and very cozy. The atmosphere was comfortable and quiet, ideal for relaxing and enjoying leisure with the family, the condominium is delightful, with courts, swimming pool, game room, I don't even need to say that the kids enjoyed it a lot. We were very well received, the receptionist was very polite and kind, Natália, the host, was always very communicative, polite and kind. We had an amazing weekend!!! Excellent place to rest, enjoy family and children, hammock to relax and read a book, courts and field to play with children, lake to fish (Yes, there are fish, lol) we made a bonfire, roasted corn, potatoes and also marshmallows. The host was attentive from the first contact to the end. One of the best experiences using Airbnb. She even prepared a surprise for my wife at my request because it was her birthday! For all this, my wife Amanda, my children João and Matias and I appreciate all the attention and affection. Thank you Carol! 🤩🥳

Very good, Vera always in contact with the hotel offices and wonderful. I was there from 05/23 to 05/26/2025. It may be that on another date the hotel is more crowded. It was just me, my wife and daughter. I missed people to have fun with. The opportunities that the hotel offers for leisure such as a soccer field, basketball court, barbecue, swimming pool, game room, and sauna. The hotel is in the city and less than 4 km away. It is more difficult to go on the walk due to the lack of a shoulder on the highway. On another occasion I will go back there, which I loved and it is great to forget a little about the worries of everyday life.

We very much like the place of Reinaldo, we spend days of tranquility and peace, the house is huge and well equipped, it accommodated perfectly to everyone, the landscape is simply beautiful, we will be back on the next occasion.

The space is wonderful, spacious house, cozy, good pool, great space to gather friends and family. It looks like a big farmhouse. The city is very close and also supermarkets and restaurants (but you need to have a car to get around). Fabio was always very polite and kind, answered us and helped us with all our needs. We loved everything and will certainly be back many times. Gratitude is our word!!!

Marli and her daughter, Renata, were very attentive and caring, especially on our arrival: in addition to the flexibility of check-in, they welcomed us even with an unforeseen delay. In addition, they were very helpful every time we had to call them (and that was very few times, actually). Always concerned about the well-being and safety of our children. The house was quite clean and had a very pleasant aroma. They welcomed us with a treat, and we were able to choose the accommodations. For our trip, they were even inaugurating a new bed! The house is very large and spacious, with several accommodations - it serves the number of guests well. Some improvements are always welcome, but nothing to disrupt the stay. We were even able to use the pool - but the weather, a little cold, didn't help much and we were only able to enjoy it on one of the four days. The property's grounds are spacious and very beautiful - especially good for those who want to relax.

I went with my family to rest and our choice was certain. The house is in an extremely quiet place, with a lot to do. Carla was always available to answer us with any doubts we had, other than the cheeses and yogurt she sells that are delicious. We will definitely come back more often to rest. Would recommend.

Very quiet place, exactly what I was looking for. the landscape is beautiful. In 10 min you get to the center, which is a grace, as well as great shops for shopping as well. In the house shower and fans worked well, excellent refrigerator, we were on very hot days but everything went smoothly. We did barbecue and the barbecue worked well tb, the clean pool. I just missed more pots and cooking utensils, the internet oscillated a few times, but other than that, all perfect. José's excellent host, also set up a pula pula for children which made their joy even greater. Ah, of course, Thor is a very cute dog and companion, he was the icing on the cake in the lodging. We'll be back!

Super nice weekend in Serra Negra! Rafael was always very quick and prompt in his responses. The caretaker João is also always willing to help. We hired Dora's service to assist with breakfast and cleaning, it's worth it. The house is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. All rooms are en-suite and comfortable. Great outdoor space for barbecuing.
