Vacation rentals with a pool in Serra Negra

Spacious, clean house with items in great condition. It has all the kitchen items we need.

The house is very well taken care of, very close to the center of Serra Negra (6-7 minutes). Well spacious town, legal leisure area and one of the rooms still has a crib! We enjoyed it a lot and we intend to go back, Maria Amélia gave all the instructions of the house, it was pretty cool!

The accommodation is amazing, just perfect! As soon as we arrived, we were surprised by the size of the accommodation, much larger than it appeared in the listing. The house is clean without a bad smell or a closed house smell, on the contrary it smelled very nice. The kitchen is 100% equipped, we don't need to bring anything and we don't miss anything, we use baking sheets, sandwich maker, microwave, dishes and utensils in general. The environment is completely safe. It fit 4 cars easily inside the house, but at various times we left the cars outside to make better use of the space with the children and we were not afraid to leave the cars outside, very quiet place. There is a lake in front of the house where we were able to fish and it did not smell bad. Pedro was very attentive at various times, helped us and returned messages very quickly and at the time of departure, we had a problem with one of the cars and he provided us with support. I highly recommend the place, especially if you're going with kids!

We spent a very pleasant weekend.The house is great and it was extremely clean.The kitchen and the barbecue area are complete,with many utensils available, we do not miss anything(I was surprised by the amount of cutlery) .Cons comfortable and smelling bedding. Super, I will certainly come back more often.

Our stay was PERFECT. Elaine and Dimas welcomed us with great sympathy. Leave us at ease and always available with any questions. As soon as we arrived we already noticed the impeccable cleaning of the house. Everything works perfectly. Miscellaneous utensils and electros for our need. Big barbecue, doesn't smoke inside the house. We do not use it, but there is a charming cooktop and oven for wooded pizza. The access is very easy, on the asphalt road and in the midst of nature. The spectacular view is ideal for relaxing and enjoying with family. The swimming pool is a differential. Maravilhosa!!! Large, clean, sunflows from an early age, which keeps it at a very pleasant temperature. By the location, in the midst of nature, the fans were sufficient with the heat. The evening refreshes well. We spent wonderful days of Carnival. Thanks Elaine and Dimas for all hospitality. We will definitely return.

Larissa's house is a delight, very faithful to the photos, it is not a new house, but it is super cozy! We went with our family, 12 people, and it served us super well. The house is very close to the center, which makes it very easy if you need to buy something! We also took our pets, who loved the place! The fountain with drinking water is undoubtedly a plus, we enjoyed it a lot!! We spent the Easter holiday and would definitely come back!! Larissa is super nice and always ready to serve us!

I spent an amazing weekend with family. the simply wonderful, cosy, extremely clean,organized and spacious lodging. By far one of the best accommodation I've ever accommodated We were surprised by the extremely clean and tidy bed and bath linens. we had a small issue with the tv on Friday that was not working, promptly Fernanda answered us and arranged for the exchange. Thank you and we already plan to come back!

Wonderful! The whole family loved it, including the cat!! Perfect condominium, with complete leisure as well as beautiful, very organized and clean! Extremely polite and attentive staff. Excellent location, comfortable apartment, exactly as shown in the photos and description. Building staff are very friendly. Hosts (Thais and Livia) very attentive and kind. Our experience was so good, it's the second time we've stayed in the apartment this year (January and April)...

The location is perfect, you can do everything on foot, it is close to commerce, shops, pharmacy, bakeries, bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Maricy and her apartment. We were staying on the Easter holiday. The apartment is clean and organized!! The shower is excellent, the kitchen is equipped and the bed and sofas are comfortable. The apartment is located close to good restaurants, and close to the city center, by car we spend less than 10 minutes by car. There are plenty of cool shops and restaurants in the center. It was pleasant days!!! We definitely indicated the hosting.

Great place. Beautiful and well organized. Same as photos. Perfect location with pharmacy, bars and restaurants. Quiet for a night walk. The gatekeepers are kind.

Bruno assisted us at a time when we had a problem with another platform. He, even at the end of the afternoon of a Saturday, managed to fix everything for us, a fragrant and clean environment, and with enough space for even more people than we were (6 but it would fit 10). Great location, full of things to do around, food, etc. Everything was very good.

I spent a weekend with my parents, who are old and everything was very quiet. Good accommodation, with closets, minibar, hot bath. Everything is working and clean!
